The Lincoln Marfa

We loved a room and all the comforts we needed were there- the location is perfect- it’s quiet and the grounds are beautiful- we loved our visit with Clark who owns the Lincoln - It did not disappoint There are little courtyards and small table and chairs for out door relaxing- Plants and flowers add touches that welcome guests .

Well located, clean, comfortable. A fine choice if you are visiting Marfa and want a reasonably priced place to stay. We arrived late and left early and didn't have the opportunity to look around much so don't have much more to say, other than if I went back to Marfa, I'd consider staying there again.

We stayed at the Mary Todd House and it was the perfect place to feel at home. The decor was thoughtful with a sure knowledge of interior design. At the same time, the bathrooms and kitchen were nicely renovated and generously supplied with everything you need. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and all was calm and peaceful on the outside. I highly recommend spending time in Marfa at the Mary Todd House.

My boyfriend and I stayed in building 9, the renovated bomb shelter, and it was perfect! The space is fun and unique, and remodels allowed for all lodging necessitates. With it being located downtown you can walk to the majority of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. The communal spaces like the firepits also allow for great conversation and for you to make some friends on your trip! We actually ended up running into the owners there on our way to dinner and they could not be nicer. Being in the hospitality business, I am aware of the standards and expectations and The Lincoln surpassed them all! Thank y'all ＜3

Perfect location in downtown Marfa. This is a compilation of small homes. We rented the Mary Todd house which was AMAZING!! We’ve stayed at many many an Airbnb and VRBO over the years and I’d rate this one at the very top. Only wish we had stayed more than one night. Beautiful appointed home from very early 1900’s that has been beautifully redone with an amazing kitchen. All was very comfortable and we walked all over from here. Would absolutely return.

Although most people who visit Marfa know it’s a bit funky, many accommodation choices seem to be overly funky - glamping, travel trailers or very Spartan remodeled motels. Or you have to pay for expensive traditional hotels. The Lincoln gives you a great alternative that is in between all of those. We stayed at The Lincoln on two different nights on a recent road trip and were delighted each time. Every room there is unique with much more space than you will get at other places in Marfa. You end up with a suite with full kitchen and living area. It is convenient, safe, clean, quiet and has easy free parking. The Lincoln has all the charm you expect from Marfa without any weirdness. We highly recommend it.
