Lovely hotel, staff really friendly. Very clean rooms. Everything you need under one roof. Bike hire is a must, we all had a great time staying at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money

The Hotel was spotless. The pool and surrounding area was very clean. The bedroom was clean and very comfortable. The dining room was lovely and clean. The staff - ALL the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I recomend this hotel if you want a family friendly top class hotel.

Great hotel great staff and great location, you won’t be disappointed. Swimming pool and bikes for hire were a bonus. Beach was 350 metres away and at the end of the road heading towards the beach restaurants and bars.

Great family run hotel in an excellent location. facilities were very good, pool and bikes a bonus. The breakfast was superb with lots of options, and the great staff were the icing on the cake. It’s great value, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Let's start with the staff. Some of the kindest and most helpful people I've ever dealt with. From start to finish nothing was too much for them. A HUGE thank you goes to Sylvia for everything she did for me. I'm upset I didn't get the names of the lady in the afternoon and the gentleman in the evening, as they were also helpful. I was there without my son, but looking at the facilities of the hotel, I know for a fact that he would have LOVED it there. There was a table tennis table, some wendy houses, a trampoline, some swings and more... just around the corner from the pool. The Breakfast was wonderful, nothing to complain about. Dinner was (at time of staying) only 15 EUR per person for a 3 course meal. Cheaper than most restaurants and the food was completely worth it. Due to my sitiation, I couldn't eat in the hotel - but they were more than happy to cook some food for me and provide it to me in tupperwears to go. No fuss in the slighest. The biggest asset for me was the availability of bikes. I found taxis in the area to be quite expensive and also take 15-20 mins to arrive at the best of times. So to be able to borrow one of the hotel bikes and take myself around the place was a complete bonus. If we return to the area, I see no reason why we wouldn't return to this hotel. It's all about the staff and the food and the service. This place is wonderful.

Very reasonably priced hotel. Lovely breakfasts (fruit!!), and a pool to cool off in. Our room had a small balcony… an appreciated touch. If travelling by train I would recommend a taxi….not cheap, but easily offset against the cost of the hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights, and would definitely stay here again if in Pietrasanta.

Ottimo soggiorno di relax. Abbiamo sfruttato il trattamento di mezza pensione consumando delle cene davvero deliziose! Grazie agli chef Andrea e Michele per i loro manicaretti! Altro meritevole nominato è Eric, portiere notturno, sempre allegro e impegnato ad aprirci i cancelli dell’Hotel Venezia anche agli orari più improbabili della notte (del resto abbiamo vissuto un po’ la vita mondana della Versilia). Sicuramente sceglieremo nuovamente questa struttura qualora dovessimo tornare in riviera.

Ubicato a poche centinaia di metri dalla spiaggia in luogo silenzioso e immerso nel verde. Hotel che offre una buona qualità/prezzo non facile da trovare in Versilia. Personale gentile e accogliente, buona la colazione e la cena. Bella piscina nel giardino dell'Hotel, comodissimo parcheggio gratuito ombreggiato. Il posto ideale per riposarsi. Comode bici da noleggiare in hotel indispensabili per vivere l'atmosfera della costa. Nel complesso valutazione buona, torneremo sicuramente.

Hotel che consiglio per posizione , accoglienza e buona cucina toscana . Molta scelta tra i piatti proposti .Pulizia in tutte le aree, personale gentile . Camere spaziose con un piccolo balconcino e piccola piscina.
