Every thing was perfect. But hotel needs more restaurants and different varieties of food. Mrs Rana in kids area was great and professional with my kids. I recommed this place for any one wants prestegious and warm time.

The crew is professional & very cooprative Fantastic sea view room and great service and housekeeping Beach is super clean and all needs are available great food with reasonable prices comparing to the quantity and the quality. beverages are averages

I had an amazing experience in this wonderful hotel. Everything was just right. Not only the place is out of this world , the service, the food and the cleanliness are exactly what you need for a getaway trip. Highly recommended..

Most amazing beach, frinedly professional staff and excuisite food. Rana in the play room was so friendly and helpful with my yougest son. Would def. Stay there again and again.

It was such a great experience, which raise the evaluation regarding to other hotels. The room was very cozy. The recipition team was very friendly and cooperative. Also, the room service team which there were two employees came to my room TWICE a day to check if I need any things (Mahmoud Younus & Mohammed Jamal), and the dining team; they prepared a special plate for me every time I came .. in another word every thing was amazing… Thanks for every one who worked there it was pleasure to be with you !! 🙏🏻

Exceptional service, facilities, decorations, hygiene & beach Although the hotel is historical, every year, i feel it is brand new, not even a single rusty metal or painting defect or broken stuff Very restrict pest control The golf cars drivers are extremely careful It is very difficult to get upset there The staff is the real treasure Thank you very much and special thanks for Mr. Mohamed Elshal

From start to finish was an exceptional experience. All of the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The furnishings in the lobby, rooms and restaurants were opulent and beautifully thought out. I have been to 5* hotels before in Dubai and Thailand but this was on a different level. Would highly recommend and visit this hotel again.

Excellent hotel. Great staff, all were extremely helpful, friendly and kind as well as accommodating. Would definitely visit again! Has been an absolute pleasure. We enjoyed every second of our trip! Thank you very much. 100% recommend.
