The hotel is in a great location with very friendly staff. Our bathroom needs a complete overhaul, very dated.

One night stay whilst visiting friends. Annual trip. We’re barely in the room so I booked a basic double - think I upgraded last year. Large room, overlooked car park, but ok, if a bit brown! The bathroom was terrible. Loo was dirty under the seat, shower tap/fitting rusty and falling apart. The whole hotel is now dated and needs money spending on it. Such a shame as years ago it was a very upmarket place. Now it’s very ordinary and overpriced for what it is.

Have given me a small bed. The first nigh. We happy to give ma a great room. Loved the setting. And the sound of the water on the weir. The parking was not good. They had Chris**as party on Friday and Saturday night.

Really lovely staff. Super friendly and helpful. Lovely location in Marlow.
Breakfast was a bit of a disappoin**ent for the price. Supplement for eggs Benedict. Not sure why. Baked beans were the worst I had ever tasted. Had to send breakfast back as it was cold.
Also really shocked at the service charge applied to every round of drinks at the bar that we went up and ordered and took back to our table ourselves. Not sure this is justified at all. Especially when paying £13 for a Bailey's!!
Really lovely hotel just a few bits that disappointed.

Lovely setting and great location but hotel itself is very dated and run down. Certainly not worth what they charge for a room/suite.
