Hilton Goa Resort

Recently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice. However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well! The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

GOOD HOTEL WITH VIEW

The ambiance of the hotel & service is good. Received a warm welcome from sanjana from front desk. Food is excellent. View from the swimming pool is really beautiful. Loved their architecture. Rooms are very spacious and the staff are kind.

We had one of the best hotel experience ever.....the property located on hill offers breathtaking views(especially sunset)....food was delicious ( don't miss the breakfast buffet).....whole property has natural and positive vibes ....and the best part is the housekeeping and staff support ..... hospitality is on another level.... special mentions to Abhishek Das who arranged for a very fancy birthday celebration in my room....and thanks to Ms Piyali from restaurant, Ms Stuti from reception and Mr Sanjay from parking who gave us personalised support and experiences....we will never forget our stay.....10/10 recommendation

Amazing Food, loved the staff, especially Piyali, Sahil & Arpan, anytime u end in their restaurant ask for these people, u will love their services. And my special thanks to Bijoy who gave us the beautiful room with the view and amazing hospitality. I would surely visit this place again only for these people and offcrse the rooms and the location too

The property is absolutely stunning, offering a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Goa's busy streets. The staff were not just courteous, but remarkably attentive, ensuring every aspect of your stay was not just enjoyable, but truly exceptional. And let's talk about the Presidential Suite—jaw-dropping! With its panoramic skyline view and private pool, it's the epitome of luxury and elegance in Goa. A stay there must have been nothing short of awe-inspiring, leaving you with memories to cherish forever.

I chose Hilton goa resort to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary. As expected the stay was excellent. Beautiful property , spacious rooms , delicious food and amazing hospitality. Special thanks to Subhranil for being so courteous, polite and giving valuable suggestions for exploring more in Goa. I would love to visit here again.

Disclaimer: it’s a long review bear with me. This is my first stay at Hilton Goa Resort it is going to be for 3 nights but I am writing this review after 1 night. So will sure come back and update overall experience again. It has been a great experience so far with its own pros and cons Amazed with: 1. Checkin was very smooth and welcoming staff special mention to Mayank and Sanjana 2. Room (upgraded ) and view is worth everything. The most amazing and relaxing view of river and capturing the breathtaking nature of Goa ️️ 3. Restaurant and food is very yummy in taste and great variety 4. Overall restaurant staff was very helpful and hospitality at the best. Special mention Ashlyn and chef ***as for making our experience pleasant 5. Room cleaning and hygiene is at most high. Special mention to Rikan for making sure our room is comfortable. Not so great: 1. When requested for water it was refilled in room after the 4th request. No coordination between front desk and housekeeping in block 2. No turn down service, atleast not offered to our room 3. The most bragged high octane lounge Coco while checkin was not at all what we expected . As it was highly recommended we immediately went there for drinks. First of all we did not feel welcome as the staff was least interested in serving us ( we were the only people in entire lounge) 4. When asked for happy hour offer we were given a sarcastic laugh (this was so sad moment for my favourite brand property). We ended up having couple of drinks and back to room I have been a loyal Hilton member since 2007 mainly because I am in love with their service and hospitality all over the world but these few basic things missing were a bit surprising and upsetting overall Looking forward to having better and more pleasant experience over the next 2 days

We had a great experience. The hotel team decorated our room and even gave a cake for our anniversary which made it a very special stay. The dining staff Awadh, Piyali and chef Uttam contributed a lot in making our stay memorable with their incredible service.
