Es un hotel cómodo, confortable y muy limpio

So I opted for this Hotel since it is nearby the main train station and it is in an uncrowded area. Both of that was true and to emphasize the cleanliness was top notch. I had breakfast (from 7 to 10 a.m.) included, which was quite plain, but enough to start the day. The selection in the restaurant is much better. A few things didn't work well (Power Plug near the bed, bath room equipment), otherwise the room was handy and good equiped. In summary a good price-performance-ratio.

Placed at a crossroad of two big roads and therefore no place for a peaceful night. Even double windows couldn’t keep the peace. Add very small and really hard beds, small rooms and a tired but extremely warm breakfastroom, and you are not in the road to success So the helping factor would then be the staff …… no help there. As one of them said “I’m at a hotel, don’t ask me for service”. So if I were you I would find a more quiet place with happy people. At this hotel there is only one that smiles… the bell boy is a sweetie

Obviously my two mates and I ending up staying at this place in our visit to Marrakech we thought it was good cause it seemed convenient to the city center We stayed for two night and absolutely was bad experience not recommended if you want relaxing place as we didn’t sleep the second night was so much nosy next Door to us ppl where partying all the night you we couldn’t sleep. And a few stuff they where kind of unfriendly after we told them. Never again

Absolutely horrible experience at the place i wish I could gave zero star instead of putting 1* this experience here never happened to me I trusted them obviously they take advantage to get into your room when you leave the hotel for the journey, i got robbed the steel one of my expensive suits still brand new and One of my I phones X extra one that I carry incase i need it, at the beginning i didn’t really realise until I left… I tried to contact the hotel I spoke to the manager or supervisor she said to me i don’t think you left anything here just check where you forget it i said i didn’t stay anywhere except at your place it was so choking to me She said let me ask and get back to you but she never pick up the phone again I never get my stuff back am here to write this review all i can say is i will never ever stay at this place or places like this pay extra money just to be comfortable and secure that not one take any advantage of taking peoples items it’s absolutely unfair for the hospitality it is very horrible Not recommended at all. 0

Please do not go to this place, they are thieves, they have stolen my wallet from my room and a friend's phone. They take advantage when you leave the hotel, as they have twice the key, I arrived at the time the receptionist left our room! they are very aggressive.

Da premettere che è la 3 volta che vado a Marrakech e dove soggiornavo sempre non aveva camere allora perché l’hotel è ubicato benissimo entro e chiedo se avesse una camera per due per tre notti , il tipo della reception mi dice certo signora con colazione o senza visto che era di €10 in più gli dico okkk va bene soggiorno più colazione …. Pago e vado in camera …. La camera è pulita un po’ piccola ma va bene così , cosa importante il bagno pulito e doccia spaziosa. La sera andiamo a dormire il letto durissimo e poi visto che ci aveva dato la camera che affacciava proprio sopra a un locale sottostante ( MiAMI) caos e baldoria finì alle 7 del mattino con doppia finestra si sentiva uguale pure perché le finestre non si chiudevano bene. Ok scendiamo e andiamo a fare colazione entriamo nella sala un caldo asfissiante(un po’ come in tutto l’hotel) mi avvicino al buffet e mentre prendo il piatto inizio a notare delle piccole formiche che si aggiravano e passeggiavano tranquille sul cibo 😱 Alche’ vado dal cameriere e gli faccio notare la cosa lui con nonchalance prende un panno e le scaccia ( ragazzi il voltastomaco) che schifo …… Ok gli ho regalato sti €30 xke io nn ho mai mangiato nulla e ripeto io non sono una schifettosa , mi adatto a tutto ma gli animali nel cibo no! Ieri mattina dopo l’ennesima notte in bianco scendo in reception e chiedo se mi fanno scaricare le carte di imbarco , la signorina mi dice certo signora mi può mandare un e-mail e gliele scarico , io le chiedo quanto costa il servizio e lei mi chiede per due fotocopie 20 dirahm che sono all’incirca €2 io dissi cosa? €2 per due fotocopie? Manco in Italia pago sti soldi le misi la scheda della camera la sopra e me ne andai …. Vergognoso!!!! Mai più in questo hotel manco se mi regalassero il soggiorno.

C'était la première fois que mon mari et moi-même prenions un voyage hôtel demie pension. Parlons en de la 1/2 pension ! !!! En 5 jours sur place nous avons pris seulement 2 repas tellement que la nourriture était abjecte. Je n'ai jamais mangé aussi mal! Même une mousse chocolat granuleuse ......Une carte avec plus de la moitié non disponible. Et la chambre ?? Sale! Le racisme plein de taches , le lavabo non nettoyé, de la poussière partout, des rideaux dans un état ! !!!!! Heureusement que le personnel était 'sympathique et essayait toujours de bien faire.
