My experience with the hotel reception was terrible, I booked two rooms for my family, paid the rooms myself and they refuse to visit my mother in law in her room who was 92 years old to support her if she needs to pack her stuff or even take her shower, I was not planning to stay in the room but they have said something to do about the law which is absolutely ridiculous and not acceptable. Hotel staff should be aware of their guests rights and not to be negative and ignorant, I saw a lot of bad reviews about the hotel but thought maybe the reviews will give them a chance to amend and improve the quality of the product and services they are sailing unfortunately nothing changed or improved, staff mentalities need improvement specially in this sector.

First night in Morocco and we were very happy with this hotel. We did not know they had a dinner buffet so we walked in the neighborhood and found a nice restaurant. Here are some pics of their buffet

Smooth check in. Good location - walking distance to the medina square and souks (10 mins walking) vide a park beside the hotel and a view of katatouba mosque. No amenities whatsoever save for body shower and a small bar of soap. Water heater works fine. Friendly service. Ismail helped me book a taxi for early morning flght - thanks Ismail.

The location was just ok! 10 minutes walk from Old Medina. Very quiet and clean hotel. The pillow and bed were comfortable too. Friendly and helpful staff. Good Breakfast! Wifi was slow. Overall I’m a happy guest. I will definitely come back.

L'emplacement est idéal, nous avons pu nous prélasser au soleil autour de la piscine dans un cadre apaisant l'hôtel est vraiment à rafraîchir mais le personnel est tellement au petit soin qu'ils nous font vite oublier les petits désagrément.

Congelado en el tiempo…. Instalaciones están necesitadas de una gran reforma, desayuno el primer día a nuestra S encontramos que no había ni platos ni vados… grupo enorme de estudiantes que arrasaron con todo…. El siguiente día desayunamos pero muy poca variedad, fui picado por “ una pulga y mosquitos “ en la habitación…, es un poco desastrosa so la situación actual del hotel.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Funcionários super simpáticos, atenciosos e sempre disponíveis. Piscina com boas condições e bastantes espreguiçadeiras. A área exterior tem um jardim muito bem cuidado. Quartos sempre limpos. Foi uma boa experiência.

Équipement minable : drap mis dans l autre sens afin de couvrir le lit ainsi que la couette
Salle de bains à rénover de toute urgence
Repas minable. Petit déjeuner digne d'un 2 étoiles
L hôtel est classé 4 étoiles il en mériterait 2
Je côtoies cet hôtel depuis une quinzaine d'années et il périclite de plus en plus
Par contre l emplacement est au top

Hôtel très bon rapport qualité/prix, un peu vieillot mais très propre, le personnel est aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner mériterait d’être amélioré, on nous propose les mêmes produits depuis des années… mais bon nous reviendrons avec plaisir
Son emplacement est idéal pour profiter de Marrakech
