Just what we needed after 14 days in Morocco. Staff super friendly and accommodating (we really felt cared for). Facility beautiful and clean. Rooms spacious, bed comfortable. Location perfect if you have an early flight home as near the airport. Pool super relaxing and clean with nice music in the background. Just a few suggestions: internet could be improved (especially since it's connected to the TV) and AC was very noisy.

We had a wonderful stay here! I have been to Marrakech before and this time we opted to stay outside of the crowded medina for a more relaxing experience. It was still about 10 minutes away. We were able to watch the sunset from our hotel. We were greeted with tea and cookies, and the breakfast was delicious with many options. My daughter enjoyed the pool. The staff was wonderful and helped us coordinate excursions and our massages at the hotel. There is a mall and cinema nearby. I would stay here again.

Albakech has a homey feel to the hotel which gives it character. The rooms are spacious and each one has its own unique style. They assisted us with arranging the most wonderful excursions. A special shout out to Ibrahim with making our stay one of the most memorable!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted at the door by Nouredin off our transfer which they had organised for us from the airport. They took our bags and sat us in the foyer and gave us a traditional Moroccan welcome with some fresh mint tea and some petit fours and even washed our hands. The room was gorgeous and very clean, with a view over the pool. The breakfast had such a lovely variety served without prompt. We asked them to service our room every two days and they did it personally. I want to especially thank Nouredin and Ibrahim for their great hospitality and for giving us great recommendations (boundless knowledge of history and of the area) and for booking our hot air balloon trip and to all the staff for they making our stay so memorable. We wanted somewhere out of the city away from the hustle and bustle and the location was excellent next to a mall and only 5 minutes away from the centre of Medina. شكرًا جزيلاً

Nice in general, no bar though. Receptionnist meets clients it's just more work for him. Otherwise it'a calm and secluded. Waiting staff are great. Pool is small but adapted to the place. Rooms are good. Shower is tougj, can't control the hot water output, it decides when to give you cold or warm water....

Très belle expérience au sein de l’Albakech. Très bel établissement à taille très humaine. Personnel très professionnel et très à l’écoute, aimable, serviable. Une mention spéciale à Hadil pour son accueil, à Brahim pour sa gentillesse, Abdelrazak pour un service au top, et à tout le personnel pour leur professionnalisme. L’emplacement est top! Le petit déjeuner délicieux et très copieux. À refaire Merci à Monsieur Nour pour sa bienveillance.

Un lieu très agréable,la suite était très propre, lit comfortable,petit déjeuner très copieux,divers plats marocains.Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable, Bref, je recommande vivement cet endroit

L'hôtel est situé en dehors de l'hyper centre, au calme, proche de l'aéroport néanmoins. J'ai été royalement reçue. Le personnel était aux petits soins, tant sur le service que sur les conseils pour rendre mon séjour sur Marrakech agréable. Merci notamment à Si Mohamed. J'avais l'impression d'être reçue par la famille. L'hôtel est à taille humaine. Les chambres climatisées sont magnifiques et tout confort. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié avec des produits locaux (crêpes, harcha, thé à la menthe). L'ambiance et le décor du lieu sont soignés. Le côté intismiste du lieu donne la sensation de profiter de la piscine juste pour soi. Bref, je recommande les yeux fermés !
