Riad Nesma Suites & Spa

Lovely place to stay and also amazing staffs. I’ve no complains. The food was good, staffs able to help you out and so politely. The pool was pleasant, the location it’s amazing and the room really cozy and clean. I highly recommend the Riad and I’ll for sure come back again.

We traveled for 22 days around Morocco. We spent 3 delightful days at Riad Nesma. The location was so convenient to the main square and the other areas we wandered in the Medina. The wonderful cook/chef created memorable dinners for our group of 6 on the rooftop terrace. The food is so plentiful! The favorite part of my stay was interacting with the staff. All were amazing; Mohamed, Abdi, Imane, Ives, Abraham, sorry I have forgotten some of the names and certainly misspelled others. They went out of their way to engage and help with anything we could possibly need. I experienced my first Hamam at the spa. It was exhilarating. Imane performed a soothing massage after. We also really enjoyed having a dip in the hot tub each evening. I miss Morocco already; the colors, sounds, beautiful mosaics and brass lighting that illuminates everything! I hope to return, inshallah.

PLUSES: - Great Location - Friendly staff - Ample and nice breakfast MINUSES: - Tiny 9 ft. X 12 Ft. room - 3 ft. X 9 ft. bathroom. Constantly banging into door. - No bottle water. Buy from room service. Only one glass. - Dirty caulking in bath. - 2 thread bare bath towels and only 1 hand towel.

My family had lovely stay at the Riad Nesma. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location was great as everything was close by. The Riad is gorgeous with its beautiful courtyard and interiors. The breakfast on the roof was excellent with many choices of bread, fresh fruit, and freshly squeezed fruit juice. I would highly recommend staying at Riad Nesma when traveling to Marrakech.

My husband and I had lovely stay at the Riad Nesma; we were well received by the friendly and accommodating staff, merci Yves and all the team. I recommend a mani/pedi by Imane (shoukran) as well as a massage followed by a relaxing jacuzzi. Merci 🙏🏼

Welcoming courtyard and mint drink. Room was tiny and unable to upgrade although advised would attempt to do so for second night. No luggage rack or room for suitcase apart from bed. Access to small wardrobe required moving heavy chair. Bathroom small and 1 step up, dripping shower had shower curtain causing water all over bathroom floor and down onto main floor which was very slippery. Floor dirty. Toilet crammed into corner and knees touch hand basin. Linen tired and frayed, had to request bath mat and hand towel. Laundry service available, not worth extra for ironing service as not done. Breakfast good although service slow.

Great Value for your money. Great location to be part of the vibe. Serivce is great. We were in Morocco for 10 days, stayed at 5 different Riads, this by far was the best value and location. Great Service and food.

Our tour guide Ismail Oukjane had reserved this hotel for us. We had requested for two rooms with each room large enough to accommodate 3 people. We thought we may get a couch or such. But they gave us 2 suites with 4 beds in each one of them! Great location too. Everything significant is steps away. But despite the busy streets outside, it is quite in the rooms. The hotel is a beauty by itself. A tranquil, elegant, splendid interiors. One can just sit in the courtyard and take it all in, sipping their free mint tea. Gracious hospitality. The breakfast on the roof is a fancy affair. On the house. Warm and tasty with many choices of bread, fresh fruit and freshly squeezed fruit juice. We took full advantage of their roof top jacuzzi and pool. After a day of walking around in the sun it was relaxing to dip in the pool and cool it off. They were very accommodating with our dinner requests. We pre-ordered and had it customized and they delivered. We proceeded from this location for a few days. They graciously stored our luggage for no fee. Everything was safe. On our last evening, I wanted to shop this and that and they took me to the right places. Made sure, I had everything I wanted. One evening we were returning late from a day trip and they went out of their working hours and had a warm dinner waiting for us. A special shout out to the staff we engaged with - Brahim, Moha, Zakaria, Yves, Mouhcine, Mustapha, Lahcen and Youssef. They took much pride in their jobs and made our stay comfortable. Many thanks to them. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely riad very close to the main square. Very friendly and welcoming staff and they have a lovely rooftop terrace. I really enjoyed the breakfast which they serve on the terrace and bring a selection to your table. There is a plunge pool up there aswell to unwind after a busy day. Rooms are small but decorated lovely. Best place to go nearby for a hammam and massage is Alphais spa! Well recommended and would return
