The staff were incredibly friendly which made our stay so much more comfortable! The room was lovely and cool which was well needed from the afternoon heat. This property is situated extremely close to the souk but manages to be in a quiet corner so you can still get a great sleep. I’d easily recommend this Riad for anyone seeking a more authentic experience compared to going to a regular hotel.

I was the first guest to stay in a newly renovated room. The accommodations, especially the tile bathroom, were very beautiful! This hotel is not accessible by car and was hard to find. The hotel staff sent me their Google location and I found it. It is within the square and EXTREMELY quiet. I slept very well and would definitely stay there again! The staff were very friendly and concerned about meeting my needs.

Very comfortable & cosy Riad located in the old town within 3-4 minutes from Jemaa El Fina Square. Amine & Mohammed were very friendly, helpful & professional. They went out of their way to help and advice. Strongly recommend that you arrange them to organise door to door airport transfers otherwise a taxi will never find the place especially at night. Very nice & recommend place to stay.

I highly recommend this riad!!! I am a young solo traveler and stayed for one night and it was perfect. When I checked in I was greeted with delicious mint tea and a selection of cookies and crackers. I was in the tent room on the top floor. I believe it is the only room on the top floor and is the best in my opinion. It is not a literal tent so do not worry about that, it is very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great- I noticed that across all of my stays in Morocco the pillows have been great which is not typical in my other travel experiences. The workers were amazing and were happy to help with anything I needed. I had dinner at the riad as well and it was amazing. I was served Moroccan salad (essentially Bruschetta) and two huge tagines (vegetable with a red sauce and then a chicken with lemon/citrus sauce). Both Tagine’s were delicious, but i really really liked the sauce and flavor of the vegetable tagine (squash, onions, carrots, potatoes, green beans, and a few other vegetables were in it). The bread was fresh. I also booked a tour through the riad and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! That tour was undoubtedly the highlight of my entire trip to Morocco. I cannot remember my guide’s name but I was picked up at the riad and he drove me around the whole Médina on his motorcycle. We weaved through so many streets and stopped at the Bahia palace, several souks that showed me traditional techniques and gave me an opportunity to haggle, and a few other sights that were great. If you need a tour I would definitely hook through the riad, it took a lot of stress out of figuring it out on my own. I also booked an airport transfer through the riad and it was €20 and went great. The car was big and clean and the driver was right on time. The riad also has an amazing courtyard and terrace. I should also mentioned that it was in a very clean, calm, and safe area. It is just a short 3 minute walk to the main square and I felt safe walking to and from alone (not during the night, obviously). All in all, I highly recommend Riad des arts, I would certainly stay again!!!

Located in the heart of Medina, close to the incredible & fascinating Square Jemaa el-Fnaa, this small Riad is wonderful. Down an alley, make a left and you walk into another world, very serene and lovely. As cars can't come into the medina you'll dropp off at the towering Koutibia Mosque. They send a guy with cart to get you & your bags to walk you in -- pay attention to the route as you'll want to remember the best you can when you're wandering on your own! We had a second floor room, quite large with big bed, seating area and bath. They serve a gorgeous Moroccan-style breakfast on the rooftop (coffee, mint tea, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit and the famous fresh orange juice.) The central courtyard is wonderful: seating areas, couches and even a small dipping pool! The staff treated us like old friends, couldn't have been more welcoming. Marrakech is a lot to take in, just let your senses flow and go with it. Riad de Arts is the perfect, calm oasis after your immersion into the street life.

the Riad is in a dead end in the middle of the Medina where you are approached numerous times. Badly signposted. It says it has a pool and spa (the pool cannot be used because it is tiny and on top of that in the dining room and the spa is 5 minutes away a foot with the lowest price of 30€).

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights on a trip to Marrakech and this was a lovely riad tucked away from the chaos of the square. It is a bit hard to find and please note taxis can't drive nearby after 1pm I believe so you have to walk it, really important if landing on the night flights. Once we arrived however the trip was absolutely lovely. We stayed in the 'tent room' on the roof which was very nice and meant we could sit out on the rooftop without many other people coming up! There is no toilet door though just as an FYI! The staff are lovely and it was a very nice quiet oasis away from the town, but note you might be able to hear the call to prayer throughout the night (I did one night but the heat knocks you out the rest of the week!) Breakfast was nice and I honestly felt very happy and safe there, some other riads are in less favourable locations so I would recommend this one to anyone who wanted a trip like ours (we did a few days in this riad then a few days at a resort.) Please also not the pool isnt really a pool, more of a water feature but I did read that others have used it so maybe I misinterpreted that! Anyway, all in all a fantastic riad with lots of character in a good location with fantastic staff. I would stay again and I guess thats what makes it 5 star!

Ho alloggiato in questo Riad per 4 notti con mia cugina. Amin è il ragazzo che ci ha accolto quando siamo arrivate. Persona gentilissima e carinissima. Le mattine in cui ci siamo dovute svegliare presto è stato così carino da darci la Colazione da portare con noi. Il Riad non dista molto da piazza Jamaa el fna, circa 10 min a piedi, quasi tutto il tragitto dalla piazza al Riad è molto affollato di persone , solo gli ultimi metri sono poco affollati perché si trova in una strada interna, ma per quanto fossi titubante per questo viaggio (due ragazze da sole),mi sono dovuta ricredere. Nessuno che ci abbia mai infastidito . Alloggio pulito, persone cordiali , colazione buonissima ( marmellate, pain au chocolat, caffè , pane , formaggio, due banane e succo di arancia .) La stanza era molto carina , il bagno e la doccia il pezzo forte . Avevamo la camera in terrazza ( hanno solo questa di camere in terrazza). La mattina c’è la possibilità di svegliarsi presto perché verso le 4.40 sentirete la preghiera a tutto volume, ma questo credo che accadrà in qualsiasi Riad alloggerete vicino al centro in quanto a Marrakech eseguono la preghiera 5 volte al giorno , parlata / cantata a dei megafoni che si trovano al di fuori delle moschee a alto volume. Mi sento davvero di consigliare questo alloggio 🔝 Alessia 😊 I stayed in this Riad for 4 nights with my cousin. Amin is the guy who welcomed us when we arrived. Very kind and cute person. On the mornings when we had to wake up early he was so nice to give us the Breakfast to take with us. The Riad is not far from Jamaa el Fna square, about 10 minutes on foot, almost the entire journey from the square to the Riad is very crowded with people, only the last few meters are not very crowded because it is located in an internal street, but as much as I was hesitant about this trip (two girls alone), I had to change my mind. No one has ever bothered us. Clean accommodation, friendly people, delicious breakfast (jams, pain au chocolat, coffee, bread, cheese, two bananas and orange juice.) The room was very nice, the bathroom and shower were the highlight. We had the terrace room (they only have this terrace room). In the morning there is the possibility of waking up early because around 4.40 you will hear the prayer at full volume, but I believe this will happen in any Riad you will stay near the center as in Marrakech they perform the prayer 5 times a day, spoken / sung to gods megaphones located outside mosques at high volume. I really feel like recommending this accommodation 🔝

Quel plaisir d'être logé au Riad des Arts dans la chambre berbère sur la terrasse....Décor très épuré style marocain et rempli de petites attentions pour ses hôtes. Valérie et Pascal savent vous recevoir en s'entourant de personnel bienveillant et vous oubliez tous les tracas quotidiens..Les massages de Amal vous ressourcent et sa voix vous berce. Une adresse incontournable. Un séjour entre amis inoubliable
