The hotel staff are very hospitable and courteous. we had the opportunity to try two rooms and both were very clean and Moroccan themed. Breakfast Was good. The only defect is that once outside the riad, the area is not apparently comforting

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay in Riad Amber et Jasmine. They were accommodating and kind, especially since we were quite sick when we arrived. They ensured we were comfortable, and taken care of, and didn’t rest until we were feeling better. The Riad itself is beautiful, with several lovely lounging areas and an open roof in the centre.

Spectacular Riad with Amazing Staff The property at Riad Ambre et Jasmin is spectacular! Make sure when you're planning your trip to Morocco you plan a stay at a riad, Ambre et Jasmin is the perfect one. The staff at Ambre et Jasmin are some of the most wonderful people I have come across. My wife and I were quite sick when we arrived and they couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. They went out of their way to get us back into good health, with food and medicine. Thanks from the bottom of my heart to Karim and all the wonderful staff!! The room was stunning it was on the ground floor with a gorgeous dinning area for breakfast and some comfortable couches to relax in. There is also a gorgeous terrace with jacuzzi on the roof which is just absolutely stunning making this place one of a kind.

Very beautiful location, fell like home, staff were very nice and always available!. The room was big and clean whit towels. Every morning they gave us different local breakfast. The food was very good. The position was good because it was about 15 min walk to the principal square jemaa el-fnaa. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean & comfortable! We had dinner the first night on the rooftop terrace & it was amazing. The food & service was actually much better than we had at a local restaurant on the square. Kareem sat with us and gave us tea, pastries, and safety tips when we checked in. He chatted with us in the evening about our day. Breakfasts each morning were also great!

Very hospitable and helpful staff, beautiful and very clean rooms, comfortable beds, extended and very tasty breakfast with lot of variation, very good wifi (improved lately), very quiet and silent in the nights, very good location, nice rooftop terrace

The breakfast is excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice. The room is clean. The host is friendly and helpful.

Lovely small riad, well located away from the lunacy of the medina. Great staff - Ismail and Farhad could not have been more helpful, and the lady in the kitchen looked after me especially well. Highly recommended for a chilled Marrakesh experience, I hope to be back some day soon.

Location of the property was not very nice, it’s old side of Marrakech, you have to go through the bazar and vendors and some live fish sellers , the smell of this not very nice. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms were very very nice and spacious.
