The Oberoi Marrakech

As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! If you want that “palace in the middle of the oasis experience” in Marrakesh, you will not get it any better than at the Oberoi!

This was a luxury experience and Mr Dahdouh’s team at the Oberoi did not spare an effort to make it an unforgettable weekend for us as we came to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We will surely be back and highly recommended for others looking for a special experience in Marrakech.

I am not sure where to begin, I have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world and this is my new favorite. The grounds are stunning - feels a little like Santa Barbara. The staff is great and no details are missed. I can't wait to stay at another Oberoi hotel.

Wow just wow. I have been to many of the top hotels in marrakech. I’m so in love with the resort that I’m still not over it. We had a fabulous stay at the Oberoi. As a family we have been to Marrakech many times and been lucky enough to stay in some of the most well known luxury hotels there. This is definitely one of our best experiences and the one we will return to next time we come. The architecture is stunning, the gardens beautiful and the staff very polite and friendly and do their best to look after you. We ate well (the new Indian restaurant is worth the experience just for the beautiful setting), we slept well and overall had a perfect relaxing stay that also included some excellent treatments at the spa. It is a little bit further out from the city centre so if you plan to go out or visit a lot you just need to take that into consideration.

We enjoyed an unforgettable stay at The Oberoi Marrakech. From start to finish - we were met with the highest level of hospitality and quality. The hotel itself, facilities, restaurants and rooms are second to none. In spite of this, however, the warmth of the staff is what really set our stay apart. Each and every staff member we had the pleasure of dealing with went above and beyond to make us feel like family visiting their home. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone visiting Marrakech and hope to stay again many times.

We had an amazing time at the oberoi Marrakech. Great staff and great service. One of the best resorts i have stayed in my life. They take care of every single detail you need. With 100 hundreds of olive trees around the resort. They give a special gift of their own olive oil which tastes amazing. Definitely coming back and recommending it over any other resort in Marrakech.
