-chambre mal isolé, bruyante, sombre ! on entendait l'hotel d'en face, les rapports sexuels des autres chambres quelle honte !!
- saleté : poussière, tâche sur le sol dans la chambre
- toilette de la piscine horriblement sales
- petit déjeuner moyen pas quali
- 418€ pour 2 nuits, cela est aberrent !!

I am sorry to tell you that rooms are below my expectations they didn’t look like the photo . I asked for sunny room and requested on reception two Seperate beds they didn’t even consider my request just replied we don’t have rooms available . I asked for an upgrade since I am accor gold member but they told me it won’t work as I booked through trip . Com
As I took my room no cold water , no soap in toilet and only one sachet of coffee even we booked for two people
I will not repeat this hotel unfortunately. The only thing I got is the lowest price on your trip . Com

I have booked this hotel for my parents and I have paid the total amount including taxes through Ctrip. When they were checking out, the hotel stopped them saying that the paiement didn’t go through and that they couldn’t leave. I spent almost 2 hours between talking to Ctrip operator and the hotel receptionist because she was saying that they couldn’t get the paiement from Ctrip. As a 5 stars hotel, I think the least thing they should do it to not include the client in these matters mostly since we already payed and they know it.
This experience was one of the worst situations I have been through and the receptionist was extremely rude. I don’t suggest this hotel for anyone or at least until they fire that receptionist.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, proche de tous les autres quartier et à moins de 10min à pied du Ménara Mall. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, le personnel est tres agréable et souriant sauf à la réception ou ils sont très froid. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et excellent. La salle de sport est très grande et bien équipée et 3 piscines à disposition donc super quand on veut être au calme. Hôtel très bien entretenu. Petit plus pour le service voiturier très pratique.

Had a terrible experience at Movenpick Hotel Marrakech. Initially given a noisy room, then moved twice due to dissatisfaction. Final room on the 5th floor faced a nightclub, disrupting sleep. Despite multiple complaints about noise and malfunctioning safe, no effective action was taken. Money was stolen, and the hotel's response was inadequate. Lack of cooperation in resolving the theft issue, and a demand to involve the police on our departure, added to the frustration. The offer of a complimentary night came too late and was declined. Poor service, disregard for guest satisfaction, and lack of accountability make me strongly advise against staying at this 5-star hotel.

Excellent breakfast and concierge service! Staff were very friendly in general. Room was clean but no toothbrush was available. Yoga class was good with reasonable price. Spa service could have been better if more explanations during the treatment were given. Perhaps a new pair of shorts after Hammam before massage.
