I got an upgrade to a larger room, it was gigantic. Massive bed and bathroom, 2 balconies, TV, fridge, desk and 2 sofas (they were quite low though, like futons).
The staff at reception were brilliant.
As it is a boutique hotel there aren't many rooms, so breakfast was very basic.
I was unwell, the staff let me check out at 2pm for free, which was much appreciated.

I had a hamman, massage, and facial service package. All service was wonderful and I had a very relaxing time. Two ladies took care of me and both were very professional. The after service tea and water was also appreciative. Must try if you are staying here.

The experience of the hamam was memorible. The stuff very helpful and smily. I would recomand the experience of a full hamam (the spa) on bab hotel it's worth it. I would say again and again the location of the hotel is pertinent. Which make the easy access to the spa vey easy.

Very relaxing massage and himan. Came out smelling great and feeling refreshed. I definitely recommend to everyone. It’s one of the best experiences you can have in Morocco. I would certainly go again. It is my second massage of the trip and I would even consider doing another.

The massage was the best massage I've ever had. Would honestly recommend to everyone. I service was great and all the staff was very friendly. I had the Hamam and massage trea**ent, I felt so refreshed and relaxed afterwards. If you're staying at Bab hotel I would 100% recommend.

Stay at the hotel was absolutely great however the massage and spa experience finished with traditional Hamam was so good will definitely visit this place again thanks you all the team i wish you best future coming ahead in Business. Stay Blessed all

Best spa and massage I have had in Morocco. My husband and I had a couples massage welcome and service was great. Massage was fantastic very thorough and relaxing. I had a hammam it was really great good products and great attention. We will definitely come back again!

The hotel is well located to walk around but if you stay facing the street where there is a restaurant, dont think you will sleep. The windows are old and you will hear everything. We did stay in half board, the menu is the same for 3 days and it takes a long time to be served( last meal took 1h30m to be served). No way you can use the pool, the photos are great but it doesnt show the location, close by the breakfast area. The TV on the third floor most of the tv chanels were not working and the smell of paint in the floor was impossible. Glad to say that we were away all day. Overall price/stay would i recomend? I believe can find better hotels...
