Nelia signature - Most amazing riad in Marrakech! Very clean, beautiful and amazing staff - Ilyas, Walid, Ikram Lamhirzi, Youssef, Hicham and everyone else for making our stay unforgettable. I can highly recommend the massage and spa service which was 10/10!!! Very affordable prices. Breakfast was amazing and location was perfect.

Rarely do we use the word “home” to describe a place we stay, but for Riad Nelia, it feels like the most fitting description. We spent a few days there, and honestly, it wasn’t enough. From the very moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Fouad, whose excellent English skills made communication effortless. He went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible, including rescheduling our restaurant reservation when he knew we couldn’t make it on time due to a delayed flight. Fouad also provided us with fantastic recommendations on where to go and what to do, sharing details in such an engaging and interesting way that we were instantly inspired to explore. Muhamed, the manager, was equally attentive, ensuring we secured a spot for New Year’s Eve celebrations. We also booked a hammam experience last minute, and it was thanks to Fouad’s thoughtful coordination that everything went seamlessly. But the most important aspect of our stay was the unparalleled care we received when I fell ill from some food in the city. The team at Riad Nelia stayed by my side, supporting me and helping me recover with genuine kindness and concern. Isn’t that what feeling at home is all about? This place isn’t just a riad—it’s a haven of warmth, care, and comfort, with a team that genuinely makes your stay unforgettable. We already can’t wait to return.

The staff at this riad are fabulous. The service is impeccable and the facilities spotlessly clean. We had an amazing hammam with Raja, she is the sweetest and kindest lady who gives the best hammam. Highly recommend a visit. Really easy to book directly with the hotel via whatsapp

We had a delightful three day stay at Riad Nelia. The staff are super friendly and helpful and more than happy to arrange transport etc. Also had a massage (with Raja) which was wonderfully relaxing. Would highly recommend. Thanks for an unforgettable stay

We had a beautiful stay at Riad Nelia Signature. The service was excellent, the food amazing and the Riad was very nice. Whalid was always at our service, super friendly and with a big smile. The rest of the service personnel were also great! We will definitely come back another time!
