Arrived last week 19th May, had a moan about lady on reception, still feeling the same, but food lovely now, fried eggs yahoo, loads, good choice of foods, wine is OK,beer put a dash of lemonade ok,thank you management,holidays now going fine, other lady on reception lovely, its now a lovely all inclusive, cheers cm,

Mostly good holiday, with staff trying to please. Let down by no air conditioning yet this month, and building works on the beach. Rooms very hot at night. After the noisy working, the sand on part of the beach had large and small stones. Not ideal for bare feet, and could have been easily sorted. Gym states State if the art equipment. What year was that? 2 running machines, one constantly out of order, no working air con, and rusty, old machines. No floor mats either. Manager doesn't speak English, but French and German. A lot of good at this hotel, but could be better. Thank you .

When we did get a room after looking at three is was right at the rear of the hotel. The other rooms were poor one star if you wore rose tinted glasses. The room we ended up with was in an apartment block it was airy and clean nice bathroom. When we stayed there was a problem with the electrics and at 3:30 each morning the doors woolly open and the emergency lights would come on. This problem was solved after three nights of our early alarm call. Because it was end of season the management moved us to the main building for our third and final weeks stay. Well what a let down. Small rooms not well appointed and no double bed just two singles pushes together To add insult to injury the management decided to switch the ac off. The problem with this was we were working a week of nights so yes it’s nice and cold at night but still 24 plus during the day. Breakfast was of a very poor quality and not warm for hot items and cold item warm. Staff were very helpful in every area of operation

Dal 2011 che vengo qua è uno dei migliori villaggi turistici che ho visitato in tutto questo tempo ,le unici cose da dire e che per me oramai è una seconda casa nel periodo estivo ,mare ,piscina ,mangiare , camera ecc tutto come ho sempre voluto io ,non ci sono parole per descrivere quanto sia meraviglioso ☺️

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo hotel in occasione del viaggio d’istruzione.Nonostante le pessime recensioni visionate prima del nostro arrivo ,dobbiamo smentirle.Camere pulite e abbastanza sistemate , doccia capiente e tovaglie morbide.Cibo abbastanza buono ( per essere un cibo da “gita”) ,personale molto carino e disponibile.Abbiamo avuto anche la possibilità di fare il bagno in piscina anche se l’acqua era un po’ freddina… Unica grande pecca sono le porte che purtroppo si chiudono solo se vi s’impegna nel chiuderle con la chiave e anche così spesso non si chiude.A conclusione del nostro soggiorno ci riteniamo abbastanza soddisfatti!

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura nel periodo di pasqua, che dire... tutto impeccabile, dal cibo alla pulizia delle camere... io e la mia famiglia ci siamo sentiti a casa. Grazie a tutto lo staff del ricevimento, gentilissimi tutti. Ritornerò sicuramente. A presto.

Struttura che merita le peggiori definizioni. Fatiscente, sporca, con ragnatele a soffitto, formiche nel frigo , box doccia mancante . Ristorante da non commentare. Struttura inadeguata per ospitare una scolaresca. Totale mancanza di rispetto dall'agenzia.

Camerieri sempre disponibili ma con piatti con macchie nere il mangiare buono e la stanza non troppo pulita servizio di pulizia discreto ho dato 3 stelle perché l'hotel non é troppo costoso ma il prezzo non é giusto per quello che fornisce l'hotel.
