Grand bravo à cette hôtel très propre accueil très professionnel très chaleureux jour et nuit, ils sont aux petits soins encore bravo à tous l’équipe de cette hôtel.

The front desk people were wonderful. Very helpful. The room was clean, but lacked amenities. No washcloths. No shampoo.
NO INSIDE DOOR BOLT!!! Unsafe!
And I never was able to get online.

While this was very close to the Saint Charles train station, and the staff at the front desk was lovely, that's about all the goodness we can put into this review. The halls and rooms smelled like the inside of a barn--you know, hay and animal manure. There was only one outlet & one usb in a lamp. This is the 21st century--upgrade! There were no blankets (& I was ridiculed for asking for one) & the breakfast was...meh at best. We wouldn't return.

Nice hotel for a one or two night stay. Staff is super friendly. Room is clean but small. Close to the train/bus station and to old port. Weird smell in the hall

Staff and property were great! A/C worked really well while I stayed during summer. No iron and safe did not work in the room but was not that important/affected my stay in any way.

Didn't even check in. The parking is terrible in this area and the hotel doesn't offer anything other than "park at the train station." Parking there is divided into two sections, P2 is dedicated to rental cars. The neighborhood is seedy. We booked elsewhere after seeing that the inside was not much better than the out.
