B&B Casa Ortega

A super 'Casa 'to stay in , a super welcome awaits you from Caroline , the owner of this wonderful house . The location is close to the main bus and train station 'St Charles ', making the house very accessible. The building is architecturally interesting with a lovely narrow marble staircase to the bedrooms , which are comfortable and quirky. The breakfast is very good with delicious fresh coffee , croissants and much more . The layout of the breakfast area encourages interaction with fellow travellers which is enriching. When we return to M****ille again , it is 'Casa Ortega 'we will choose , thanks Caroline 😎

The property is very conveniently situated close to St Charles train station. On the advice of Caroline, the owner, we took the bus from the airport rather than the train. So we landed at 10, on the bus by 10.20 which goes direct to St Charles , were at the b+b by 10.50 and luckily in our room before 11. It is an older building so some steep narrow stairs and no lifts so not really suitable for very young or infirm. We were at the very top in a larger room with a balcony which was very pleasant to sit out on. It was a climb but it was worth it for the extra space both inside and out. The whole place is decorated uniquely (shabby chic - very quirky!) which adds to the charm / experience. Breakfast is on the ground floor and Caroline makes sure you are set up for the day, both with sustenance such as yogurt, bread, jams, cold boiled egg, croissants etc. and also advice for what to see , where to go, where to eat etc She also got in some gluten free bread for me which was appreciated as GF in M****ille was quite challenging ( with the exceptions of Pepite and Bistro Venetian- see separate reviews). There is no end of places to eat nearby to suit all tastes and budgets. Also a mini Carrefour is a minute away. The B&B is right in downtown M****ille 2 mins form the station, 10 mins from the Old Port. It is an eclectic , busy and diverse city, and although I can imagine some may be put off by the surroundings or would understand if you felt uncomfortable, we had no issues and would recommend this place for its convenience and hospitality. So embrace it and the city and enjoy all that it has to offer.

A friendly B&B close to St Charles' station in M****ille. Good accommodation. Caroline is a very friendly and helpful hostess. Good breakfast. Wi-fi works. No complaints at all. The house is a short walk away from the port area.

I really can not write any review about this hotel or B&B because i had to cancel my reservation based on the manager (or may be owner) recommendation!!! I booked 3 nights online and i received a confirmation email with a note to email the hotel if I have any question about my stay..I emailed them asking if they offer a shuttle service from and to the airport and if the booked room is in lower or a higher floor .. the manager/Owner answered me advising me to cancel my reservation and book a different hotel that can meet MY Standards !!! i am honestly not sure if my questions were inappropriate or it is just a language barrier issue (as we were communicating in English) and she could express what she wanted to say which made it sound arrogant..

Just a hop, skip and jump from the main railway station, making day trips in the region very convenient. A hostess par excellence. Spacious room, and very quiet considering the bustling location. Can easily walk to Old Port.

Assolutamente da fermarsi e degustare la cucina di Ronda! Posto di altissima qualità con un servizio straordinario. Siamo stati benissimo grazie ❤️ vi consigliano tutti gli assagini (tappas) e il tonno con il pomodoro locale e da non perdere il dolce di casa latte fritto!

Une maison de quelques chambres quasiment à la sortie de la gare. Si la proximité d'une gare peut effrayer, l'endroit est en fait d'un charme incroyable. Les chambres sont silencieuses et très confortables, la déco originale, un bric-à-brac soigneusement conçu et élégant. Je recommande très chaleureusement. J'ai fait des hôtels 4 étoiles largement moins bien.

Buscamos en TripAdvisor y encontramos este resto a una cuadra del hotel llegamos y las tapas abajo y en el piso dos está el restaurant la atención de José Antonio la mejor de todas ronda y de todo el viaje ,la los huevos y las almejas con espinaca y el tocino del cielo súper recomendable

El alojamiento no está mal aunque no hay baño privado, el lavabo está dentro de la habitación y no hay intimidad. Lo peor de todo es el desayuno. Nunca me han dado peor desayuno en un alojamiento tan caro. Una barra de pan, mermelada, dos huevos duros y poco más... Es necesario desayunar luego fuera
