I had to reschedule because of snowstorm but still have not received the confirmation email promised by the property

Hotel is located in lovely Vineyard Haven, close to the boat, shopping, restaurants, and beach. Hotel staff were attentive and pleasant. The room is adequate and immaculate. It was drafty and the heat was limited to 72 so I was cold. Nice restaurant on premise. I would definitely stay here again.

The Front Desk Staff were so welcoming and helpful... even though my family of 5 only stayed one night, we were afforded all the amenities and hospitality like we were there for a week. What a wonderful hotel, Loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Mansion House. I appreciated that they made suggestions such as telling us we should go up on the roof to enjoy the views and the lemonade.

The hotel is beautiful! Our room is so well decorated, clean and comfortable! The staff is friendly and helpful! Perfect place to stay!

This was a beautiful hotel in the heart of Vineyard Haven. Everything was wonderful, attentive staff, clean and inviting. Unfortunately, neither the hot tub jets nor the sauna were working.
