Excellent service and a great place to stay! Really enjoyed the 2-star Michelin restaurant:) would highly recommend to any honeymoon couple who want to have a relax and romantic holiday👍🏻

Stay feels like a visit to a tranquil and elegant French country estate. Absolutely beautiful vineyards and property. Part of the Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte winery, also houses a Caudalie Spa. Rooms are spacious (by Euro standards) and thoughtfully designed. Bathrooms are beautiful, bath products nourishing and luxurious. Delicious breakfast buffet with fresh squeezed juices, good espresso. Hotel staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. Did wine tasting and can recommend. Didn't get to use the SPA or pool, both look wonderful. This is hotel is a classy oasis in an already perfect part of the world.

After spemding two weeks in Basque Country, my husband and I were looking so forward to a weekend in the Bordeaux countryside. Our friend and booking agent raved about the property which we agree is spectacular. Unfortunately it ends there. The service was mediocre, in fact, sub par for a 5 star establishment that boasts a world class spa and a Michelin star restaurant. The staff seemed to lack training and there wasn’t anyone who seemed to be in charge. We were given misinformation throughout our stay regarding availability or lack of regarding reservations in the restaurant, spa appointments etc. One a particular warm day we inquired about the AC in our room and were told that the AC did not get turned on In the entire hotel until the next day. This was untrue as we ate at the Michelin star restaurant which was wonderfully air conditioned. Our dinner at Vignes was the highlight of our trip! The spa was only available if you had an appointment which was not made clear to us when we checked in. The bartenders and servers in the hotel and Rouge were not knowledgeable about the wines and ingredients on the menu. We were made to wait each morning for a table at breakfast as well. Given the reputation of the property we expected more.

Les Sources de Caudalie is the perfect vineyard getaway. The staff is excellent, the property is gorgeous and there are many activities to take part in on the property. The concierge gave great recommendations for off site meals and activities as well.

Amazing stay at this property, with great staff and incredible activities. Definitely recommend this all around experience, from hotel to spa, wines tasting and dinner, the hotel provide an incredible range of activities and enjoyable moments

The service at the restaurant at this property was awful. I have never reviewed a property. This is an exception. The wind offerings were bar stock or $500 and up. No 150-500 wines were available. This is a winery hotel. I cancelled my 1200 wine order after my dining experience. The hotel was very nice. The personnel had a who cares attitude with a few exceptions

Was my Husband’s birthday that we celebrated in the restaurant, and there was bone in the dish where it wasn’t supposed to be. My husband broke his tooth ( he has to pay 500€ for it ), but we the restaurant offered us a free diner, so we decided to leave it as it is. But in the end of the stay, they have charged us for the Vine from that dinner. Which was a bit unpleasant. Overall the stay was amazing, and views are beautiful.
