Took me over 10 minutes to find someone to check in, had to dial a number and wait for an operator to call someone to come down to check us in. The whole building smelled very bad and our room had a very strong paint smell where we had to open the window for over 45 minutes before it wasn’t overwhelming. The room was very dirty and I had to clean the tub myself before I could take a shower and the floors in the rest of the rooms was dirty. There wasn’t even a trash can anywhere in the room or bathroom to throw anything away. Over all very unhappy with the conditions for the price we paid to stay there.

The room was extremely clean, the beds and the pillows were made very neat, and extremely comfortable. The customer service/ hospitality was excellent. I met Mrs Lilly this morning she is awsome, I would rate this hotel 1000 stars if I could.

Ants were present in the room and lost my dinner because of them taking over my dinner.

The staff was nice, but there were vagrants on property and drug use in parking lot … this was not a safe environment to be in… Also, no ice machine …

Floors were VERY sticky. Provided cups were broken / leaking and coffee maker was not cleaned. No dish soap or other listed products were available.

It was good to sleep, but there was roaches, the kitchen appliances was over used, and it smelled like a toilet as the fragrance of the room.
This hotel chain used to be good, but its now an apartment for people. Some people lived there.

They didn't have the room I reserved and the room they had for us was too small. We had to cancel the reservation and we expect our money back!

I booked and paid for 2 queen size beds n upon checkin found only 1 queen size bed.
No manager on duty and no other rooms available. Did check their chain of hotels n no rooms available. Checked at St peters also n also no rooms available. Said to speak Sat
a m w a manager. :(
