Review as renter: Traveled with my adult daughter and her family. Rate was reasonable for off season. Renting a 2 bedroom was more economic than renting 2 separate hotel rooms. The unit smelled very clean. The bathroom could have used a little more detailing. Clear faucet handles are a bad idea and do not stay clean. Location is close to restaurants and stores. Staff was pleasant. Review as Timeshare: I never owned a Timeshare, but my parents owned 2 for 30 years, so I am no stranger to Timeshare ownership. The kitchen and bath cabinets are well past their prime and need updating.

We visited Southcape with friends and family. We are also owners of the timeshare. The area is nice, however the units are not acceptable. The bathrooms and kitchen cabinets had mold and mildew. These units need to be shut down and inspected throughly. As an owner, this was the worst timeshare I have ever stayed. If the units are mold infested; no one should be allowed to stay here. This is endangering peoples health. We did notify front desk and was moved to another unit which had mold as well. I had to take benadryl in order to stay in the unit. If we could have afforded other accommodations we would have left immediately. This was very disappointing after driving 12 hours to get here. This place need to be SHUT DOWN immediately! A report will be made to the state attorneys general, BBB, FTC and the Depar**ent of Real Estate.

simple & clean lodging with enough space for 5-6 people. interior and furniture could be updated but the property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was accommodating with any requests made, including a late check-out.

The property layout was strange. Unit space was good. We were very disappointed with the pool as it closed at 445pm. Had I know I would have booked elsewhere. Then the jacuzzi tub in the suite turned the water black. When I told the manager they didn’t seem to care much. I won’t stay again.

Spacious unit & everything we were promised was delivered. No money is being spent on these units. Outside appearance looks tired, could use some fresh paint and wood rot replaced. Landscaping is not their priority. Old carpet, old furnishings, but clean. Beds were comfortable enough A/C and heat both worked. Kitchen was Small and somewhat stocked with utensils needed for cooking and eating. Second bath was functional but TINY! Great location for cruises and island visits. If you don’t mind no frills and are looking for space and the ability to cook this might just do it for you.

Spacious, two story condo unit. It's decor is best described as bland. It's worn and dated. And, it was peaceful and comfortable. It's value priced property on Cape Cod.

This is the kind of place where you want to have plenty of day trips booked. Not much to do on site. Pool (indoor and outdoor) closes at 4:30PM! Tennis courts were $13/hour to rent! Nothing else to do. But, to come home after a nice day trip to a relaxing, clean townhome is a nice way to relax.

We stayed here in July 2022. I have nothing positive to say about this place. First of all, the units are outdated. The cabinets, sinks, and “jacuzzi” tub are all from the 70’s. There is no bathroom on the main level. Worst of all EVERYTHING is locked up at 4:45pm except on Saturday’s (8pm). The outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis courts, workout room, etc. are ALL closed at 4:45pm, 6 days a week. So if you’re planning on heading out for the day and coming back here to utilize the amnesties and go swimming, you’re going to be SOL. If zero stars was a possibility, that’s what I would have given.
