Suites & Villas by Dunas

This is a fabulous resort, the suite was a one bedroom bungalow with a large bathroom and a lounge area with a modern TV. The site was immaculate, the restaurant was buffet style with themed evenings, the staff very friendly and efficient. Reception was manned also with friendly, efficient staff. The pool was perfect temperature to swim or play around.we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend unreservedly. We will be going again for sure.

I really enjoyed the experience that we had in the hotel and the food was absolutely divine. The Support crew that put on shows and activities throughout the days were very good and will always smiling and willing to help. I particularly enjoyed Ray as he was great with the water aerobics as well as bringing joy and fun to the poolside.

This our second stay at Suites & Villas by Dunas and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 9 in two families with children ages from 6 to 14. When we first booked the holiday we requested the same suite as we previously had as it was a perfect location for us near to the pool and restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised that this request wanted and we were given the room that we requested. The food was lovely and everyone found something that they liked each day. Staff were all very friendly and happy to help. The entertainment team through the day worked hard and we wanted to give a special mention to the kids club and especially Christina. Our two 6 year olds loved going to kids club and Christina really made their holiday, she was so happy and you could really tell that she enjoyed her job. We would definitely come back for a third visit!

We had a lovely time at the dunas. We were a family of three generations (6 adults) with two young children (a 5 year old and a 6 month old). Accommodation - the bungalows were well equipped (no kettle though) and spacious. We were two adults and the two children in a one bedroom villa suite and actually there was more than enough room. We were allocated rooms all together as a family which was fantastic. The reception staff were very helpful with this. Maid service was fantastic and the rooms were always spotless. Food - the restaurant was adequate, children’s food choices were quite limited in the evenings. Pool bar was great for salads and easy lunch time snacks. We ate outside of the hotel a lot of the evenings. We did eat at a speciality restaurant (the Italian) which was included in our 9 night stay. As an all inclusive guest though, we weren’t prior made aware that only one drink was to be included - even though we were all inclusive - after that they had to be paid for. There was also a much smaller choice off the food menu available. Not a problem, however nice to know in advance - which we weren’t informed of. Bars - good choice of wines and spirits as an inclusive guest. Staff generally very polite and helpful. Carlos at the pool bar however was the ONLY staff member we encountered who was rude, inapproachable and certainly didn’t provide service with a smile. Shame really. It was also slightly odd that the bar as you check in at reception wasn’t all inclusive and perhaps should be more obvious that it is a privately run bar. Pool areas - were fab! There was a very strict no one in the pool prior to 10am rule and a no reservation of sunbeds at any point. Not a problem for us. The heated pool was amazing. Just the right temperature for us and the children! Generally the Dunas was great. Lovely grounds, fabulously looked after. The location was also fab. A short walk to the Maspalomas lighthouse and restaurants. The lobby staff were also more than happy to book us a taxi if ever we wanted. All in all a well rounded hotel. Dunas. We will be back.

Just stayed at suits and villas Dunas for the second time all the staff are friendly and very helpful, premium villas idea for couples that like a bit of peace and quiet while on holiday, rooms cleaned daily, restaurant offers a wide of different foods. I only have one complaint about suites and villas and it’s the tea pots 🙏 please get some new ones tat pour properly.

Visited in April with my son and my dad and I can't wait to be able to book to return. The food was fantastic with different choices daily, the staff were so lovely, including the entertainment staff who my son fell in love with. Evening entertainment every night, poolside entertainment and daily activities. The villa was so nice and modern and cleaned daily. Honestly, this was absolutely fantastic!

Hotel was super for our family with 2 kids (4 and 7). Breakfast was sublime. Pools, room and area very nice and clean.

Great hotel we as a couple visit regular twice a year friendly staff in all areas of the hotel can not fault Cleanliness or room service restaurant well organised plenty of choices on offer with theme nights only problem some times the hot food is not hot but microwave is available . WiFi is hit and miss .We go half board we don't use hotel bars. In reception area private run bar where you pay for your drinks good prices and named branded spirits .

This is our third visit at this hotel. The reason is that the hotel has a very well architected structure with a split level. All suites are located in a green garden and each suite has his own privacy
