Duca Del Mare - Hotel di Nardo Group

This is a brand new, extremely comfortable, clean hotel. The rooms on the west side have a beautiful view. The place is clean, the service is top notch and the breakfasts are abundant. The place is also not expensive and is worth every penny. Strongly recommend

I had a great experience very nice hotel with a stunning view, clean and spacious room, personel very competent and welcoming. The swimming pool was clean as well the surrounding area. Very well located close to the city centre and car park available

Short walk into beautiful Massa Marittima and 25 min drive to lovely beaches

Pros: very clean, pretty good service overall, friendly staff, free parking, comfortable bed Cons: It doesn't look as pretty as in the pictures, but it's close, the bathroom in the room was too small, the breakfast takes a little long because of corona measures, one has to stand in front of the serving desk and choose what one wants, but it's OK.

Pros: the swimming pool, the parking (limited) and the location of the hotel, a stone's throw from the center and convenient for going out by car to the sea. The breakfast girls were very nice and efficient. Well organized breakfast Cons: The restaurant was closed and not indicated, so we had to move for dinner every day. Standard room, but tiny bathroom, no window and no extractor. Very few amenities (we washed ourselves with the products we brought because they used 1 every 2 days ...). The water pressure was not good (reported), and the air conditioning started by itself every now and then (also reported that) and it is not clear how the temperature works. The corridor doors slammed a lot, making the walls tremble. And the rooms weren't soundproofed properly - you could hear the neighbor's TV. They did not respect the timetables: theoretically they closed at 9.30pm and we had to bring a key to open the door. Instead there was one person on the night shift. Otherwise, the room key (which must be left at the reception every time) was accessible to everyone, customers and non-customers. Little security. Bad: the receptionist. Several times we had said that on the last day we would have to leave early but within the opening hours of the reception. Breakfast started 10 minutes late, and the receptionist showed up a further 25 minutes late, without apologizing. Then, even delays to pay, and problems to do it with the card! Magagne? This person should not work at the receptio

Very attentive to covid precautions. The restaurant was not available due to lack of staff but an alternative was provided in town with a discount applied to the restaurant bill. That dinner in the main square of massa Marittima was one of the highlights of our holiday. The hotel room was simple; Air con worked very well. The only let down was the bathroom, everything worked but it was not in a good condition.

Hotel un peu en retrait du centre ville que l'on rejoint par un petit sentier .Parking gratuit.Très bon accueil .Chambres agréables , confortables, bien au calme. Bon petits déjeuners. Rapport qualité prix excellent.

Hotel e personale da cinque stelle. Armando, il direttore, e il suo collega sono sempre disponibili a assecondare le richieste dei loro clienti. Se volete una vacanza con i fiocchi, chiedete consiglio a loro e non ve ne pentirete, anche perché l'hotel ha numerose convenzioni con ristoranti attività locali di alta qualità. Ci è stato consigliato un giro in barca e sono stati i soldi miglior spesi di tutta la vacanza. Le colazioni sono buone e abbondanti. Piscina e camere molto puliti. Siamo stati ospiti di questo hotel anche nell'anno 2021, anno in cui il direttore dell'hotel è stato così gentile da organizzare una sorpresa in camera in occasione della festa di compleanno del mio compagno, con tanto di palloncini e torta. Se avremo occasione torneremo sicuramente all'hotel duca del mare, dove ci siamo sentiti coccolati e a casa.

Finalmente abbiamo avuto di nuovo l'occasione di pernottare qui. L'albergo e in nuova gestione e ben ristrutturato. Ottima colazione. Personale gentilissimo, aiuta come puó e di più per soddisfare i desideri del cliente 👍 Vista incantevole. A pochi minuti dalla piazza del Duomo e pochi passi dalla fermata autobus per Follonica. Consigliamo questo albergo vivamente e ci ritorniamo volentieri.
