Extremely Disappointed with Service and Customer Handling I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with Hunas Falls Hotel, that I feel compelled to share. After seeing a Facebook post on their official page advertising a full board double room for the price of 38500, I called to inquire about booking. However, to my dismay, I was informed by Mr. Janaka that the actual price was 46000, which is significantly higher than advertised. Mr. Janaka was dismissive and unprofessional in his response. To make matters worse, Mr. Janaka's tone was rude and he even resorted to threatening language before abruptly hanging up the call. I was shocked by his behavior and appalled by the lack of professionalism demonstrated by a member of the hotel staff. Additionally, upon revisiting their Facebook page, I noticed that they had hastily removed the post advertising the lower price, further adding to my frustration. Furthermore, when I attempted to address my concerns with the hotel, I was met with further disappointment as I was informed that there was no formal process in place to lodge complaints. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one in the hospitality industry. I cannot recommend Hunas Falls Hotel to anyone based on my experience. The handling of customers, particularly by Mr. Janaka, was awful, and it is imperative that the higher management takes swift action to rectify these issues and uphold the standards expected of a reputable hotel. Until then, I advise potential guests to steer clear of this establishment.
