The check out at 11 is a little inconvenient to me , but that rule is posted conveniently , so no complaints

The cancel my reservation with out notice
I was stranded in mexico with a place to stay
I spend 2 hours with customer service with ******* to get a different hotel in the area with no luck

I arrived around 1pm on checkin date. They were able to let me check in early without any hesitation.

Not able to sleep , beds were so hard , very uncomfortable. Bed sheet bad smell , they look yellowish instead of white . Will not recommended.

The parking lot is very small and we had to park around the block because by 9 pm the parking next to the hotel door was full. And we didn’t know that you can also work in front cross the street which is a different hotel Best West and no one told us . I also saw the pool for that hotel and people from Toma hotel was using the pool and we also didn’t know that we can .

This hotel was decent ….the room #100 didn’t have a view or window so It was bland . Hotel easy to find …affordable but not the cleanliness

Worst hotel in Matamoros, rude staff, they can't even greet their guests. Tiny rooms, there is barely room for you and the cockroaches. The ac is too weak even for such a tiny room. My advise is you better spend 20 more bucks and find a decent place.
