Muy mala calidad de las habitaciones.
El aire acondicionado, pesimo no enfrían, falta de fluido eléctrico noche y días.
La comida con muy mala calidad.

Un lugar precioso , rodeado de pura naturaleza, el paseo por el lago en bicicleta acuática estuvo maravilloso , las vistas increíbles. Buena comida y bebida. Las habitaciones en buenas condiciones. El único detalle fue que no habían muchas ofertas a partir de las 12am. Supuestamente el servicio debe ser 24h pero solo había café en la madrugada. Por lo demás muy complacida.

Hotel y lugar maravilloso que me trae recuerdos de mi infancia. Estuve hace un año y fue excelente. Mejorar con la diversidad de comida del Bufet y la animación. Por lo demás altamente recomendable.

El lugar hermoso ciertamente un paraíso,solo necesitaba más atención por parte del personal al detalle de los equipos en las habitaciones,comida especial y sin dudas una magnífica piscina. Darle más prioridad a el confort.

super bueno, hermoso lugar para estar en familia ,muy lindo todo. vistas increiblemnte bellas. desconecta del stress y de la rutina. sitio ideal para conocer, muy recomendado. me encantó la experiencia

Soy una fiel admiradora de este lugar..para mí una villa q su contraste con la naturaleza lo hace mas hermoso y acogedor..sus trabajadores y su director son muy atentos y profesionales! Desde hace mucho tiempo es una Villa muy visitada y preferida por muchas personas q van al lugar para relaj**** y sentirse con mucha tranquilidad..cuando tengo la oportunidad de ir alli me siento muy bien y dejo plasmado mi opinión positiva referente a la hermosa Villa nombrada como San José del Lago! Ojalá y siempre mantengan la calidad de sus servicios..feliz Navidad a todos y Próspero año 2023.

Nos hospedamos del 18 al 26 de abril,un lugar lleno de encanto,bellisimo,rodeados de naturaleza y animalitos,camas muy cómodas,la comida muy buena ,ese jugo de guayaba en las mañanas era increíble. El servicio en general,recepción,habitación ,restaurante ha sido de 10,amabilidad cercanía y cariño nos han dejado con ganas de volver..admiramos el gran trabajo y esfuerzo que hacen para mantener esa línea.. un abrazo a todo el personal de los lagos..desde España Andrés y Enola (habitación 68 y pelo de color lila).y como no para Paco el controlador general 🦩💜

Voy con bastante frecuencia a ese lugar maravilloso rodeado de naturaleza y es un lugar encantador..me encanta en mi opinión muy particular..su piscina es una de las mejores y sus trabajadores tienen una atención fabulosa..es un lugar donde se puede descansar y compartir con familia o amigos.si desean una estancia agradable también se lo recomiendo.
