Excellent hotel! Clean, well lit area, close to restaurants, employees were friendly and helpful, will stay here again if we’re in the area.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the property three days later, the crew provided exceptional service and the property was impecable.
Their breakfast service is fenomenal. We could not be happier and would gladly recommend anyone to visit and stay at this location.
By the way, this walking distance from many food spots (taco palenque rocks) and covenient for traveling north or south of Mcallen and it is located 3 minutes from the airport.

Everything was great, the breakfast is pretty good and the service was very good! a very good choice to stay very close to La Plaza Mall

I called before hand to ask if they had a hot tub, it was confirmed that they did have a hot tub. I booked my room and showed up to the hotel to check in, while checking in i asked the staff if the hot tub was open they confirmed the pool area was open. Checked in to my room and got ready to go to the hot tub, and to my surprise hot tub was not functioning. No hot water in the hot tub. That was my main criteria for booking a room in this hotel to enjoy the hot tub.

Great friendly staff at check in!
The water pressure in the shower was very bad. So low it was almost difficult to shower! Great towels though!
