The room has no view, outside the window there a huge wall. Feels like living in a cave, 0 natural light. This is considered a “no view” room and they sell it as premium room. The noise is so unbearable during the weekends that it is impossible to sleep. During the weekdays earplugs help.

Perfect location, nice rooms, good breakfast. My only concern is that when I checked out after multiple days I had insect bites all over my legs. I messaged the hotel to let them know they may have bed bugs but I didn’t hear back.
Other two minor issues: I was on second floor facing street and it was so loud at night so I played my iPad to cover up the noise.

Very nice hotel right in the middle of everything. Smaller hotels in Medellín can be hit or miss but this hotel is a very nice hotel with friendly and great service and great value for the money.

The hotel has a great location. With great customer service from the front desk to the cleaning service. Rooms where nice and clean and well kept up. The only bad thing was there bathroom towel. Where hard lile paper and old. But everything else was a 10.

We stayed a week at 14 Urban Hotel. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Edwin and Camilo were great answering our questions and providing alternatives. Our room was comfortable with lots of pillows and space to put our things. The hotel is located at Provenza, a tourist area full of restaurants and music. Friday and Saturday, the music was loud till late and we could hear it in our room. But this wasn't so the rest of the week. But being able to step out and find restaurants and shops and such a wonderful staff was enough to forget the inconvenience. And I don't want to forget about breakfast. Each morning we had various alternatives. We could ask for omelettes, scrambled eggs or fried, to be made just for us. One different days we had the following to choose from: arepas, tortillas, pancakes, cold cereal, sausage, Spanish omelette and others. There was fresh fruit juices, milk and coffee. And Durley served with care, a smile and a great disposition. Grateful to all for their service. A great place to stay.

We were here on a Friday night. It was if you were in the middle of a festival with 20 band trying each of them to make as much noise as possible. Went on until 3:00. Even with Alpine sleeping earplugs impossible to sleep because of the noise. Booked another hotel.If you are going out until 3:00 it is a good hotel. Nice and clean room. Jacuzzi is outside and you do not want to use it with this extremely loud noise . They should invest in better noise reduction windows

The hotel customer service is excellent and Julieta the manager is great with the hotel guess warm and friendly atmosphere, also Claudia the housekeeping was fantastic always kept my room nice and clean. This hotel is close to all the restaurants, clubs, cafe and shopping centers and rooms are spacious and comfortable bed.
