Excellent; both the entire staff at the hotel and area/convenience to shopping and dining. The hotel has exceptional security and the entire staff from arrival to departure were friendly and professional. The evening dining on the top floor was exceptional; both the view and the food. Important to me, the room had a security safe. It is an easy 2 minute walk to Oviedo shopping plaza and 5-7 minutes to Santa Fe Mall. Both provide a variety of stores as well as dining from mall food to very nice full service restaurants. I will certainly stay here again.

Our Room was spacious en clean. Shopping malls and restaurants are in walkable distance. Will stay here again.

The hotel has a good location close to good shopping malls, walking distance from el poblado. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was buffet was ok. I am celiac and they were not very knowledgeable about this condition. I tried to explain that I could eat arepas and pan de bono because they are not made with wheat flour and they were not sure. I only ate eggs and fruits during my stay.

Very nice hotel and great location. The personal was nice and pleasant but not always respond quick enough to the services asked for.

Nice hotel with reasonable rates at a especially convenient location. Best of all is the rooftop bar and the breakfast room. Staff very polite and service oriented. Recommended.
