My second stay at this hotel, make sure you book the right room which fits your needs as they have different sizes

Strange hotel. New and quiet away from the craziness of lleras which are positives. However, the design is just odd. Strange snacks in the mini bar, strange things in the room, dark halls with eerie music playing, they are trying too hard to be overly hip. Not worth the price compared with other hotels nearby.

Amazing place , however they were not helpful in allowing me to check in to my room even one hour early. They insisted I wait until 3 pm and then one back. The lobby area is basically outside and it was raining,,I basically froze to death while the front desk people insisted that I could not check into my pre-paid room until 3 pm sharp. I sat there for two hours quite chilly and damp, and had to sit at their outdoor restaurant (very slow and poor service) and order and expensive lunch because they would not let me in a little early. The place was not crowded either. Therefore my first impression was poor.

The architecture inside and out of the property is absolutely amazing. The staff has provided great service from arriving to departure. I would definitely recommend the Click Clack Hotel to anyone visiting Medellín.

Started with check in as our room was not ready. We waited 2 hours. The room was extremely small for two people, the layout was inconvenient, and no privacy.

What an incredible experience! The entire staff was so accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Great roof top pool, bar and restaurant. The bar in the main lobby was excellent as well. Highly recommend.

Lots of pros, but also some cons. I LOVED the vibe the hotel gives. It’s super chill and also fun depending on what you want. Lots of restaurant and bar options. But the Small room is SMALL. shower was tight snd with the waterfall shower prepare to have a hard time not getting your hair wet if you’re not trying to. The rooms are NOT soundproof, so prepare to hear the nightlife til the middle hours of the night.

Very unique hotel and the service is fantastic. The food and drinks were delicious in a few of the restaurants. Overall 10/10 definitely recommend.
