A very good location. Just a few steps to Haram. It is very convenient for those who travel with family.

The washroom was awful, not very tidy or clean. Breakfast was average.
Good thing was that it was 2 minutes away from Ladies /gents entrance to the masjid Al-Nabawi.

Very dated and weird smell in the property. Avoid if you don’t want to get stuck waiting for lifts. Loads of groups check in to this hotel so it’s very busy.

I really liked the Hotel. I had a small misunderstanding regarding the booking (My Confusion :) ) but the front desk and the booking manager were very supportive and they helped me fix the issue.
The complementary room service dinner was a very nice gesture. Thanks a lot!
Location was very close to the ladies entrance which was a very important feature.

Room service,food service,views excellent
But room refrigerator was not working
They were unable to fixed after three days they changed my room that room refrigerator was still not working I gave up

My family had a great time in this hotel. Friendly staff members, neat clean rooms on top.

They don’t give the rooms that you book, they give you whatever is available even though you have paid for a certain room. Also the hotel has an automatic airfreshner that makes your brain melt. And all guests were unplugging them from the hallways and the staff kept plugging them back in

Entrance is very inconvenient. They should have a front entrance easy to access to haram. It’s not well organised service. I had a terrible stay as I was there they started painting outside which I can smell inside and gave me a headache. I asked for an iron as it was not working in my room I got the leaking iron. This is not the best place with the price that I paid for 2 rooms
