My stay on 9 to 11 of Feb 2023.
Excellent location, short walk from towards the Masjid - the side of the Green Dome.
Also a short walk to the food market.
Friendly staff and spacious clean room - good condition bath and shower (no horrible grout work)- comfortable mattress topper - clean Tea/Coffee making facilities.
Hallway to room smells good with some sort of atomiser and lifts are fast, on either side of the hallway.
The receptionist kindly gave me an upgrade from the usual room I'd booked.
All in all, this was a pleasant and peaceful experience. I comfortably got changed into my Ihram, ready for my onwards journey to Makkah via train.

Rooms very small specially those with two single beds are very small for two people the location is good just five minutes walk away from the masjid Al nabawi breakfast is normal not as good as expected

i’ve never seen that, you have to beg 4 or 5 time a day for getting the bedroom clean, and even like this they don’t come. The carpet is not very clean. And if you dare to complain to the reception, they look like they don’t care at all. it’s a pity because the location is good. the price is so high compare to the bad service. i’ll never come back in this hotel even for free. thank you.

Customer service at hotel is extremely good . Staff at hotel very helpful . You feel welcomed . I would defiantly recommend it and would love to stay again on next visit .

Excellent location, only 100 metres from Haram, clean rooms, some with Masjid Al Nabwi view, courteous staff. Toilets/ shower are a bit too cramped. Breakfast could be improved but convenient location would mean I will come again.

Hotel was nice . Lot of people around hotel , come n asking for money . Plz don’t give them any money since most of them scams . I rather give to people working in mosque . They deserve mist not these ***** n ****** around hotel vicinity. Hotel should do something to spray them away . These people have no shame

Room AC control was out of order. The room was fridged.
The hallways' carpet was filthy. Room size was too small the bathroom was too tiny.
