I was stay here for 6 days and i am very happy with the services which are provided by the hotel. The location of the hotel is also very good and you will find a shoppix mall besides the hotel. Staffs are very good, well dressed and polite in nature.

The conway was earlier country inn and resorts, so the infrastructure was good. Rooms are spacious but lack maintenance. Staff is helpful and supportive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay

The property was chosen for family stay with an expectation that we would get a good atleast 4 star facilities, given the price paid for the same. However, right from vallet, reception, lobby, room & restaurant the property requires a complete overall & renovation.

Average Hotel 3 star property Hospitality lacking, staff is also not very helpful and professional.. Empathy missing . Room Service is also poor you need to remind them multiple times.. Food is also ok...not very good.. Recommended only for short stays..

Property location is not good. Total dusty. It didn't seemed to be a hotel but was more like a banquet. Food was good but overall experience wasn't good. I would love to explore something different than this.

Hotel is good. Room ( room no. 407 ) provided to me that was very unhygienic & dirty. When i check out and complaint the same but not get any responce from reception person.

1. Food was served in room without cover. Even the onions were placed above the menu. 2. My car was kept in the hotel lobby and this is the condition of my car today morning when i asked hotel staff how this has happened. They are conveying that they are not responsible for the same and cannot do anything. Extremely rude behavior. 3. Reception staff is extremely rude who was sitting in morning and dont listen to queries. 4. Not a clean hotel and smells in lobbies of 5th floor. 5. Even they didn't clean the car.
