The hotel staff were so exceptionally welcoming and warm. From the very warm welcome to the bar to the restaurant, they couldn’t have been more wonderful. We wish we had taken all of their names but we did get Sonia and Lisa, who were there to check us out. The room was clean and well presented and we dined on local dishes. We will definitely return.

We were on a half board. And to be fair the breakfast options were decent enough. But the dinner offering was to put it mildly terrible.

The rooms were tiny. It was rundown. Most of the staff were not only unhelpful but actually rude. The buffet breakfast was okay, but the dinner was terrible and only 1 choice when there was meant to be more. We found it a terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Hôtel à 30mn à pieds du centre ville, navettes utiles dans un environnement calme et paisible. Chambre donnant sur la pleine étroite, peut de rangements et vieillot (les lits superposes n bois craquent ++), mauvaise odeurd’égouts par moment. Le personnel a l’accueil, au bar et aux navettes sont à l écoute,disponible, souriant et empathiques. Propositions de sorties raquettes extra!!(sebastien et caroline) Petites animations agreables en soiree. Restaurant assez grand, personnel souriant .... néanmoins nous regrettons l’absence de légumes, viande rouge et avons rencontré u problème lors de la fondue durant notre sejour(20mnd’attentatoire du pain), menu enfant (alimentaires et frites) en permanence !!!! A plusieurs reprises nous avons fait remonte ce désagrément à l’accueil et en salle .... Spa : appreciable (beaucoup trop de chlore dans le jacuzzi. ...)

Une équipe dynamique ,toujours à l'écoute. Une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale.La chambre est petite mais très fonctionnelle et la vue sur le Mont blanc splendide. Nous avons apprécié les repas variés et équilibrés. Nous reviendrons sûrement en famille pour profiter à nouveau du cadre et de l'ambiance familiale.

Très bon accueil avec le joli sourire d'Aurelie, merci pour votre disponibilité et votre bienveillance, on aimerait être bien accueilli comme ça partout. Très joli chalet bien décoré avec goût, les chambres sont très jolies et on s'y sent bien. Très bon restaurant que ce soit pour le soir comme pour le matin avec un très bon petit déjeuner. Au Rez-de-chaussée salle de ping-pong, babyfoot, salle de musculation avec vélo électrique, rameur, tapis de course et appareil de musculation, sauna, hammam et jacuzzi un réel plaisir. Un grand merci à Alexandra pour la garde de mes affaires. A bientôt.

Plus qu'à l'écoute, nous avons retrouvé une équipe souriante et très professionnelle. L'accueil fût attentif et empressé. Les repas copieux et équilibrés. Le bar et l'animation toujours à disposition. Quant à l'hébergement, en choisissant, nécessairement, le "côté Mont Blanc", c'est l'exposition plein sud qui s'est imposée. L'hôtel a été la base de départ d'une foultitude d'excursions. Bref, nous avons vivement apprécié notre séjour hivernal.

Dès le début l'accueil a été chaleureux, le personnel est disponible et sait donner de bons conseils sur les promenades, la logistique, etc ... Le service de navettes du chalet pour aller aux pistes de ski permets de ne plus prendre la voiture une fois sur place. Les chalets sont bien isolés au niveau sonore, c'est agréable car tout le monde ne vit pas au même rythme à la montagne.
