It should be noted that this is a four-star hotel and as such I rate it excellent. Pros: In the center of Megève, perfectly clean, modern rooms blended with mountain charm, pleasant staff, good breakfast, small details on arrival that go beyond the scope of four stars (handwritten card in the room and welcome treats). Cons: Smaller rooms, spa (quite good quality of service) cramped, in the basement. Sometimes noisy in room from outside, small selection of dishes in the restaurant and those same dishes as an option for room service. Special thanks to the lady who worked at the reception desk, it was service and customer care that no five star hotel would be ashamed of.

Ideal location. The room (#5) was a bit smaller than what we are used to but the large terrasse compensated beautifully. The staff is outstanding in all areas of the hotel. And after a couple of nights one gets used to the church bell (next door) that goes into action at 7 a.m..

Nicely designed hotel, modern but with mountain details and ambience. Good breakfast. Nice welcome touches in the room. Immaculately clean. Friendly staff, I would especially like to praise and thank the younger girl with glasses (unfortunately I don't remember her name) at the reception, five star service, she helped me a lot. It should be noted that the hotel is in the center of Megeve, so sometimes in the evening you can hear noise, nothing significant. Despite some other little things that are not worth mentioning, I can say that this is an excellent 4-star hotel.

Traditional (non bling-bling) Mégéve hospitality in this charming fully renovated hotel with superb cuisine and exceptional service. Perfectly located (less than 5 mins from central Place de l’Eglise) it offers unequalled quality/price in otherwise overpriced Mégéve. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED👍

Expensive and mediocre food. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The service is nice but the food is extremely average. The wine list does not offer good value for price. The menu does not offer much choice. My main was too cooked and in very small quantity. Much nicer places elsewhere. Flocon village much much better

Great and friendly service, nice rooms, well renovated, good food and drinks, and just the most perfect location in the entire city... all for a reasonable price...- highly recommended! Certainly pushing towards 5*+ value. Looking forward to the next stay.

Coeur de Megève was exceptionally lovely and surpassed our expectations. The service is fantastic- intimate, thoughtful and helpful- from remembering our coffee orders, our ski itinerary, to helping us remove our ski boots….. Our room wasn’t large but was beautiful, lux , comfortable and allowed us sleep soundly. The location is amazing. Recommendations for skiing and food added significantly to our holiday. Nicholas, Quentin and staff made our stay extra special. We very much hope to return next year. Thanks to you all for a most special holiday.

The hotel and staff are very attentive. They really go the extra mile. We loved it.
The downside was the church bells. While the first time was lovely, but from 5 am and on every 30 min, it was impossible to have a lie in.
I don’t know if this was due to the June 24th festival. I would inquire as well as bring some earplugs.
