Although one can see that the place is past its glorious days, that‘s exactly the charme of it. Staff was very friendly, food in the restaurant good and service at the table a remembrance of days gone by. Location somewhat far from the centre, but the garden makes it a nice location to stay. We liked it!

The help from the staff was faultless, and the interior was an opulence of tiling. The room was adequate although some bath salts would have been welcome. The biggest disappointment was the meal. The fillet of bass was poorly cooked and tasteless. The garlic sauce had no piquancy and was also tasteless. The small amount of vegetables were overcooked. Breakfast was a similar disappointment. M'semn, boiled eggs and small croissant. I've eaten in petrol stations and auberge all over Morocco and this was the worst meal if been given. Everybody gives you water with your food, except here. Walk into town to eat. Cheaper and much better cooked meals are available.

1 nachtje hier geslapen op rondreis. Oud hotel wat in de goede jaren denk ik echt een tophotel is geweest met 2 zwembaden en leuke zitjes buiten. Nu is het wel vergaande glorie, want buiten ziet het er eigenlijk niet meer uit. Onderhoud blijft een dingetje in Marokko. De kamer was niet slecht (wel erg koud). De eetzaal authentiek ingericht, maar de stoelen echt toe aan vervanging (je zakt er nog net niet doorheen). Personeel vriendelijk, ontbijtbuffet niet overmatig maar wel ok.

Déception, les photos ne reflètent plus du tout la réalité. Cet hôtel est vieillissant, défraîchie, triste, pas très propre. Les moquettes de la salle de restaurant sont très très très sales et présentent une multitude de taches, (voir photo) tout comme les fauteuils jaunes. Dans notre chambre vieillotte pas de chaise devant le bureau pour poser nos affaires. Un fauteuil aux couleurs plus que passées. Des tapis défraîchies, une salle de bain avec des joints moisis et du calcaire sur les vitres. Boîte à mouchoirs vide (pas remplacé malgré notre demande) 1 seul mini flacon de gel douche pour 2, pas de bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre à notre arrivée (elles sont payantes). Isolation inexistante, nous avons eu froid et profité de la musique (de la boîte de nuit ?) jusqu’à minuit passé. Repas du même niveau ! Établissement à éviter

Magnifique endroit. Calme et parfait pour se détendre au bord de la piscine. L'accueil est bon dans l'ensemble mais le personnel est un peu "froid". Peut-être de la réserve liée aux directives de l'hôtel?

Un hôtel sans âme comme souvent les hôtels de cette catégorie... Rien à dire sur le confort des chambres et la disponibilité des piscines. Une belle vue sur la médina. Mais une boite de nuit extrèmement bruyante sous nos fenêtres donc contraints de changer de chambre au milieu de la nuit !!!! Le personnel fait son job sans plus. Le petit dej est très agréable et les serveurs du matin plutôt sympathiques. les repas du soir bien.

En nuestro recorrido por Marruecos este fue el mejor hotel de los contratados. El entorno precioso así como la decoración. También muy correcta la atención del personal. No puse una puntuación superior ya que se nos dio una habitación cercana a una discoteca y era imposible dormir por la intensidad del sonido que impedía nuestro descanso. Procedieron al cambio de ésta pero en la siguiente la puerta corredera de la galería no cerraba bien y entraba frío por la rendija. Procedieron a darnos otra habitación pero perdimos más de una hora de nuestro descanso.

Bel hôtel avec une vue imprenable sur la vieille ville et les remparts. Très grande chambre avec balcon Petit déjeuner copieux Gentillesse du personnel : accueil, services Un très bon point de chute pour passer un séjour à Meknès.

El hotel esta bien localizado , fuera de la Medina. En Meknes no vale la pena qued**** dentro de la Medina. Es un hotel cómodo ya que las habitaciones son grandes y con camas y baño cómodo. Buen aire acondicionado. Lo que es increíble es que no pongan vasos en las habitaciones ni agua. Aunque la cobren pero que la pongan. Tampoco hay toallas para la alberca. El desayuno muy regular comparado con los desayunos de los Riads en todo Marruecos. El cafe malísimo y si tomas otra taza té la cobran aparte. Me parece de mal gusto y nunca he visto un jabón de baño mas pequeño?! Por eso no le podemos dar una mejor calificación.
