Very great hotel/hostel. Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. Great rooftop. The breakfast was delicious. Very clean bathroom. Only the WiFi is slow, but this only is a minor issue. There are very nice small fountains in the middle of the resting area/restaurant.

We were booking two twin room and they were confirm them, but when we arrive at the riad in the evening they only told us that, they are full. The worst is that they only say that they are sorry for us, and we have to look somewhere else.

Professionally run; true riad experience; honest people. Had a good stay. The food made by the owner was easily among the best I have had anywhere. She was able to modify the food according to our taste and restrictions without any specific instructions. Should not miss her cooking.

I had a very terrible experience with the staff working here. He was downright rude and a liar. After refusing to pay exorbitant extra fees when checking in, he lied that all of a sudden there's no room left in this place and I have to leave. That's it. I was able to take a video of his rudeness/cruelty in his words while speaking to me. I was scared because he was tall and I am quite petite Asian girl. I wouldn't recommending going here. After that event, he messaged me saying that I did a no show which is ALL a lie. This was my most bad experience in Morocco. I've been duped so many times by the tattoo people, people who will show you the leather making place etc but the horrible experience of speaking at this person at the reception was the worst of them all. He made me feel so unsafe and trembling and crying begging him to believe that I wasn't a bad person that I just didn’t like it that I feel like I’m being duped of my hard-earned money right and left, I shouldn't have bothered.

Beautiful Ryad in the medina with lovely decor in the communal areas and in the rooms. Our room (Soleil Suite) was large and had a good bathroom with shower and a sofa area with table. The room also had air conditioning. They provide towels.and toiletries. The area just outside our room was also comfortable with some sofas and a table, and just up the stairs was a great terrace overlooking the medina. For Meknes, this place was excellent value for money. On the negative side, when we turned up the owner wasn't there and we waited for a while before the cleaner finally asked us which room we were staying in and took us there. The main negative though was that on the second day we found that our room had been cleaned when we returned in the evening (which was nice and unexpected) but the accessible window had been left wide open and the door had not been locked.

HORRIBLE!! THIEVES! Made a reservation on the same day we wanted to stay. Supposedly they take your cards details but they don’t charge you until u arrive. Sent them an email asking if I could stay in their hotel sharing a room with my boyfriend, we aren’t married yet. Waited for there answer to see whether we could go or not.. They DID NOT ANSWER, we DID NOT STAY and they CHARGED US FOR THE ROOM…. Wait: W H A T ?!!

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ce Riad très bien situé et facilement accessible depuis l'une des portes de la médina. Nombreux restaurants à proximité et possibilité de se faire livrer le repas par le restaurant mitoyen (restaurant amrani). Possibilité également de prendre le pti dej sur place. Cuisine peu fonctionnelle par contre. Superbe terrasse au milieu de la médina.

Sitio muy cuidado, limpio, se nota que han puesto mucho cariño en él. Habitaciones (4 personas) grandes y espaciosas. El desayuno muy rico. Lo regentan dos hermanos muy serviciales, las comidas que ofrecen aunque muy reducida (no se si por el Ramadan) estaban muy ricas, el precio ajustado, aunque ligeramente superior al mercad. Situado junto a la medina a 5 minutos andando por callecillas muy pintorescas y en línea recta (no hay pérdida) si viajas con tu coche tienes un parkin al aire libre aunque vigilado por 20 dirhams la noche. Sin duda volveremos en nuestro próximo viaje a Meknes, una ciudad que ha sufrido una importante transformación desde la última vez que estuvimos y que en la actualidad está en obras, por lo que bien merecerá un nuevo viaje pasados unos años.

Chaleureux , beau , bon confortable , accueillant , on est charmé par nos hôtes et la beauté de l’endroit . Malgré l’exiguïté des ruelles de la médina nous n’avons jamais ressenti d’inconfort ni de crainte de nous y promener en soirée . À refaire en tous temps
