The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful, when we checked that it would ok to leave our car in the hotel car park at 10.00 am on our day of arrival, and we found ourselves checked in to 2 of the three room that we had booked. The third became available shortly thereafter.

Loved the entire experience. Only thing not so great was one of the feather pillows stuck me with a stem. 😂 Also we were able to walk to our destination to see the Grizzlies play. Perfect location.

The breakfast should be better, especially the unflavored scramble eggs. Also, the breakfat should be at least till 10AM not 9am.

Staff was very helpful, we were there to see a basketball game, a winter storm hit and we had to stay another night, we chose this place again because of the staff, location, and cleanliness!

This is my wife’s favorite hotel in Memphis. It’s close to attractions, pet friendly, has hot eggs & sausage along with various breads, cereals, and waffles. Also just a short drive away from the University or the Wolfchase mall. It’s truly in the center of everything. We stayed on the second floor in a king size bed. The room was clean and had DirectTV service. The hotel WiFi was free and easy to connect and use. The room had all the amenities you would expect but it did not have a bathtub. Standing shower only… the bed was comfortable but it was tough to block out the light from downtown. The blackout curtains could only do so much. Light was able to get in over the edges.
