Hotel is within walking distance of Peabody Hotel and Beale St. and right next to Red Birds Ballpark. Our Rooms were large with nice walk in showers, fridge, couch sitting area and king size beds. Breakfast was included and had nice offerings. We really appreciated that parking was included in the price. The evening night clerk who checked us in was extremely friendly and gave directions to and suggestions of what to see in Memphis. If returning to area, we would definitely stay here again

Very clean, bed could have been a little softer. Breakfast was good. Coffee a little weak. But would stay here again.

property was very clean looked pretty new and walkable distance to beal street without being in the hustle n bustle, desk associate Sagar went above and beyond to accomodate us, when we had noisey guest aroumd the room, Breakfast was ok, could use some bacon and hash browns, and bananas or strawberries

I liked everything this property had to offer.
It was clean, and the staff were friendly and very helpful especially the people working the front desk. I would recommend this to friends and family.

This is a great hotel with very friendly, professional staff. Everything in downtown was within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back if in town.

Woman at check-in was so rude and aggressive that the couple that was behind us in line stopped us later to ask about it. The next day my wife asked the front desk to exchange towels. She was berated and told to go find housekeeping and never bring towels to the lobby again. We are a mostly retired couple that travels a lot, we spent the previous night in a very nice Laquita in Missouri, not what we expect from this chain.

Property was in a really good location. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. No complaints. Parking included was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.
