Good room, but no shuttle to airport.

The room and bathroom was very clean. Comfortable beds. However, they had no water nor snacks for sale. The room was very noisy and the AC system very loud.
Overall it worked since it was fairly close to the airport

Management was very rude and disrespectful. Made me pay a 100 deposit that wasn't on the website and wasnt returned as promised.

This is hands down one of our top fav hotels now. It was perfect and spacious for our family! The breakfast was great as well! I felt very safe as they also have a gate that you can park in and only access if you have a room key. The beds were clean and so comfortable! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Our main reason to stay in Memphis was to visit Graceland. The hotel was a great location for that. Loved the decor. The beds were comfy and the sheets were especially nice. My only complaint was the oily smell of the elevator.

The management was very kind. Our room was clean other than the bathroom floor. We left the heat turned off when we left in the morning (because the room was warm). The maid came in and turned it to 70 degrees! When we returned, the room was like a sauna. It took hours of air conditioning (in December!) before we could even breathe in the room, it was so hot. Breakfast was so-so. It would help if they rotated the type of eggs and breakfast meat so it wasn’t the same every day. The elevator has a strong oil smell. Property around the hotel is a little dodgy. We were glad the parking area was gated.

Hotel and room was very clean. Like the extra measures the hotel put in place to make you feel secure (using your hotel room key to park in the secure gated lot and to enter the building for breakfast in the morning). Room was very spacious. Only issue in the room was the bath tub drain stopper was broken and wouldn't stay up to let the water drain so I just had to sit it to the side in order to use the shower. This hotel was way better than the Holiday Inn Express & Suites I stayed in the night before in Vicksburg. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. The only recommendation would be to add a few more choices for breakfast (bacon, biscuits & gravy)

This hotel is terrible and I have stayed here previously and was fine but I will never stay here ever again. The check in person couldn’t find our reservation. Our room was disgusting and our room smelled like moth balls and baking soda was every where in the floor and there were no towns and the sheets had Boles in them. The staff was almost absent and the front desk never answered the phone we ended up going to a different hotel.
