Needed a place to stay for business trip. Great location as it’s close to expressway and restaurants. Any issues, staff immediately resolved. Clean and quiet. Nice ppl stay in the hotel as well. Dog friendly.

Only hotel I stay at when I visit my family in Memphis. Very hospitable and I am always accommodated by the office staff. Fresh linen and clean rooms.. If you need a reliable hotel, this is the one!!!

I actually did NOT stay the manager gave me an opportunity to look at the property before I paid ANYTHING and for that I am thankful...please remove this from Expedia...this is NOT a good place to stay. It smells bad and the people that stay here are QUESTIONABLE at best.

This was the worst experience EVER! Bathroom didn't even have a door. It was extremely dirty.When you got in the room you were afraid to leave because of the shady people hanging around. Noisy place with people arguing most of the night. The fire alarm was constantly going off. We left 3 nights early and they would not give any type of refund. This place is disgusting and should not even be listed on *******.

This hotel should be NOT listed until remodel all the rooms It’s a complete disaster Very disappointed

Unbelievable! Roaches everywhere and the room itself was clearly dilapidated! They had the temperature of the room set at 60° when I got there, probably to keep the roaches dormant. Turn the temps up to 70° or so to be comfortable and had to rush out and return later that evening around 10 -11:00, as soon as I turned the light on there were roaches throughout the room!! The hotel, especially on the inside was decrepit! There is a bullet hole in the elevator door! I would have turned around and walked out when I walked in if I wasn't late for a funeral! When I spoke with the receptionist explaining that I could not spend another night there on April 9th 2022, I asked "you do know this place is overwhelmed with roaches, right", and her reply was "yes, we are aware and we are working on that"!! THEY KNOW THE ROOM WAS ROACH INFESTED, THEY ARE CLEARLY LYING!!! ******* NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE ISSUES LIKE THIS !! They said since I booked through a third party (*******) that I would have to get a refund from them. ******* is told me the hotel has to refund but will not, They said they have no roaches... LYE

I was not able to check in until 8 o clock while check in was at 3 and when I got to the room it was nasty. The bed was a mess and it was a snow storm so the weather was bad and I couldn’t get another room here
