I have tried many ways off contacting this accommodation n in advance of our trip, email, phone. Contacting the hotel chain head office department all without success as wanted to discuss some special needs in advance of our trip. Disappointing

Just come back from a 5 day stay here both my husband and son have been very poorly since the last night of our stay with sickness and diarrhea. Not best location nothing really near by .found one of the cleaners very rude .Bar and restaurant staff very good as was the lifeguard

We got a last minute booking and decided to stay here based purely on the reviews the pictures on the website. We certainly wasn’t disappointed. The hotel was everything we could have hoped for…clean, spacious, great pool, excellent staff and the buffet and a la cart restaurant were also very very good. We highly recommend the grilled squid! We couldn’t have felt more welcome by all the staff, they went above and beyond. Well done to all! We hope to return later in the year Matt, Sam and Anna ❤️

Nice area , well kept pool area , daily cleaning included , pool towels available. Free save in apartments , lovely staff , buffet breakfast great choice . Ala carte restaurant , lovely meals . . We booked a bungalow with a good sized terrace , garden area with two sun beds . Looking forward to our late September visit

Everything was very clean, good large rooms and pool area. Very quiet hotel and it's a very quiet area of the island. No need to rush and get sunloungers time enough 9.30am-10am. Life guard does start 11am to 7pm. No shop on site, there one about 10/15mins walk away. Restaurant on site is lovely, and you can get GLUTEN FREE pizza 🍕 or pasta. There's a bus 🚌 stop just outside of hotel, a hotel runs from 6pm to 10pm that will take you there sister hotel in the same area.

Great holiday. Fantastic accommodation. The staff were lovely and we were really pleasantly surprised at the quality of the apartments. We were lucky to get an apartment that overlooked the pool. It was just perfect. We loved the resort and the little shop with the freshly baked croissants and bread were a treat each morning. The on-site restaurant was good and we often ate there for either lunch or dinner. We were really impressed with the transfers to the beach, aqua park and Mahon. The drivers were lovely and it was something that allowed us to see a bit of Menorca without having to hire a car. We also felt we benefitted for the peace and tranquility of S’algar. What a beautiful place. It is very quiet but we loved that. The kids loved the pool and we actually thought the temperature was superb! The warmest pool we have ever had an we could have spent hours in it with our children. We loved the relaxed nature of the place. It was a fantastic holiday at a reasonable price indeed 😊

Excellent hotel and facilities just a shame we couldn’t enjoy it like we’d hoped. We stayed back in July 2023 and my husband felt unwell and was admitted to hospital with severe pneumonia, he was in intensive care for 10 days. We had to extend the stay until he was eventually discharged and well enough to fly. Would just like to say how good the hotel were at accommodating me and my two young boys (one with autism) during peak season. We were moved to another room for the extended period. It was one of the most stressful situations I’ve had to deal with on what should have been a relaxing family break. Raquel (manager) and her team did their best to support and accommodate us providing initial information on hospitals, sorting out taxis etc, very grateful and highly recommended this resort it general. It’s a well run resort, the staff are all lovely, great food, facilities and entertainment club.

Amazing resort. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Apartment spacious and modern, huge bed, very comfortable. Daily cleaning even in self-catering. We will be back next year. Highly recommended

A lovely hotel with apartments surrounding the pool and terraces. The facilities were all working and clean, the staff very friendly. We dined in the restaurant area most times during our stay, plenty of choices and generous tasty helpings. It’s close to the walk to Cala Rafalet which is a 20 minute walk. You can walk down the the small harbour and there are a few cafes between. The houses. The coast road is a decent walk with great views but no access to the sea. A great hotel for couples, families who just want to relax. There are ramps for those with limited mobility.
