good location, very nice staff

Very happy with the hotel BUT no English language TV channels! Plethora of channels in French, Italian, German, Russian - nothing in English. We would advise English speaking travellers to choose another hotel until this anomaly is corrected!

We come here each year in August and stay in a panoramic suite and it is lovely when the front desk (Cristiano and Diego) remember your surname and looks forward to your check in. Suite on 6th floor is spacious and has a private balcony. Decor is plain and basic, safe does not fit the laptop but staff is motivated to the point that you feel you are in a special place and you are really looked after well. We had really good night sleep as it is peaceful at night. We hope to see the same team again. They really care and should be an example to follow for other hoteliers.

I found this hotel by accident as my husband was taken to the hospital in emergancy. I wanted to be closer. I started calling hotels in panic and I found Giselle who, despite the full occupancy of the hotel, gave me a suit after hearing my story. stayed there for 3 days. with 2 small children and a big camping car. from the moment I entered the hotel I was welcomed like a princess even though I came in with a plastic bag. not a gucci bag. everyone helped me find a parking spot. Manager François had so much empathie and guide his team very vell. they upgraded us 2 times to the highest standard of the room. prolonging the next night each time, despite the high season of ''August'', they always found a solution. smiling and honest people Diego,Cristiand and Fredericka on reception. hotel itself clean offers ice tea at the reception' coffee water and tea available non-stop. books, toys for children and even gifts. sunscreen and oils are available near the reception, and even hat... and water i. Spray. clean rooms and great TV, shampoos and other accessories available. cool deco. elevator. from the 5th floor, sea view. Close to the sea and the center of the old town. breakfast stunning and girls very nice. squeezed juices, fruit, spinach, beans, sausages and food that I had no idea existed. yogurt with chia seeds. I worked for many years in the hotel industry (on the luxurious Queen Mary 2). this hotel should become a show hotel and training hotel for other establishments of course with this team present and manager François thanks again to the reception team, restaurant and maid and management for facilitating our stay in a difficult situation Joanna

We stayed here for 3 nights. It's a quick 10 min walk from the train station and like 5 min walk to everything else in town. If looking for it, look for the retro cinema on the corner. The front desk are friendly with 24hr coffee machine and lemon water. The rooms are nice with balcony but our faced inwards to residential aptmt. Wish there was more light in the room but no biggy. No English channels so my advice bring an HDMI cable to hook up laptop or bring a firestick or chromecast if you need to watch anything. There are German/Russian/Italian stations but nothing in english. The odd movie may be though. The best part was the breaky. Loved the freshly made OJ machine. So cool and good. Lots of choice of cheeses, cold cuts , tartes, couscous, yogh and of course reg croissant, choc pain. They make things a bit fancy and you can drizzle strawberry or choc sauce to give your plate the gourmet look. The main lobby has table where you can bring food to eat for dinner or snack or chill on a bean bag. As most restaurants are closed for the winter or mid Nov to begining of Dec. We found it hard to find a good restaruant. One night we went to Carrefour City just down the road and created an amazing spread and ate it in the lobby. 1 lb of cooked prawns 7 Euros, 200gm smoke salm 5.85 Euro, Salad 4.8 Euro, Baguette, and bottle of Rose for 4 euro. That was a feast and good. Would have cost 4 x price at restaurant. The hotel even offered to give us wine glasses for our wine. Thanks

Very close to all facility very good price perfect budget hotel

Visited as part of the rugby World Cup. Could not have asked for more. I love the Accor brand and have stayed in a few Ibis across France. The hotel was excellent, staff charming. Faultless. Right in the middle of town, parking, near the station. Break was typically French and even had marmalade! The orange juice machine was a great bonus too !

Cristiano & Diego welcomed us a after an Airbnb rental turned into a disaster. We literally walked to this hotel without a reservation needing 4 nights accommodation (for a wedding), and both worked with us. They were diligent in all the details: parking (effortless!) our car, the room-– Cristiano showed us a room before we booked it, and breakfast- Diego was so kind to bring us coffee as we had not had our morning cup, nor any breakfast… the location is perfect as well- Within walking distance to the beach and shopping. Again – the service impeccable. We needed an iron and ironing board, and it was waiting for us in our room. Such detail makes quite a difference in a stay. They were so patient and reassured us that now we would have a relaxing and most welcome stay. They gave genuine kindness when kindness was most needed. Thank you both!

Fabulous stay. The hotel is about 15 mins walk from the station and just a couple of mins from beaches and restaurants. The hotel is very light and airy and clean. Staff are charming and helpful. Lobby has all the facilities you could need …coffee, water, juice, sun lotion, chargers…. Excellent breakfast too. Perfect spot to stay when visiting charming Menton
