Friendly, helpful staff. Good location for event I was attending.
Good dining choices nearby.
Television only had 4 channels, phone did not work, ice maker was hit and miss, elevator broke on checkout day.
Had my Hulu on iPad, cellphone. Found ice on other floors. Staff helped bring bags down 3 flights of stairs.

I don’t like that breakfast finished before we can serve, that was about 8:30 am
And tue matress was very unconfortable

My stay was great except that my AC unit was broken and "always on". When they "fixed it" then it was broken and "always off".
But they did move me to another room without any fuss and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is great location if going to outlets and has excellent breakfast.Only problem was clogged up sink in bathroom and hot tub was not hot so were unable to use it.overall its nice hotel.

The receptionist talked loudly all night and didn't let me sleep. The room assigned was 111 next to the main lobby.

The fridge and iron in the room did not work, very inconvenient as this was a week long stay. Staff were very nice.

The staff, cleanliness were outstanding. Our room and the bed were excellent. The breakfasts we had were very nice. We especially liked the fact that the breakfasts varied in content so not to be just the same old thing every day. We definitely will stay here again.
