Excelente servicio y trato del personal que nos recibió y atendió tanto al llegar y durante nuestra estancia. Muy complacido con todo el personal del restaurante pues fueron muy smables y serviciales.

The hotel needs some improvements..towels too old!! Swimming pool needs a renovarion...ok overall..

Loved the hotel. Had a Starbucks on site, comfortable room and a very comfortable bed!

especially in the bathrooms of the rooms. The cleanliness of the rooms is poor. The beds are fine, the pillows are uncomfortable. The room smelled bad.
Breakfast is not included and the buffet option is expensive. For this price there are better hotels in the area. I would never go back.

The hotel is great but the acoustics aren’t so great. Did you get a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms. What other than that it’s great

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The hotel has a pool and gym which are nice. Not very big but serve a purpose.
Service is good although a bit of a challenge unless you speak Spanish. Asking questions or ordering food can become a touch long-winded due to this.
The hotel is classified as 4 stars but the room I stayed in was 3 star at best. Anywhere you looked you could see some sort of damage to the room. Chipped wood on the wadrobe, lose amenities on the walls. Even the canopies at the pool had rips through them. The tiles at the pool were damaged or chipped. Just anywhere you looked the condition of the hotel left something to be desired. In fairness this may be the norm in Mexico.
All in all, a decent stay, food at the restaurant was decent and plenty of choice. Not sure I would stay here again out of choice but for a business trip it was adequate.

The hotel was good overall. Nuce belreakfast buffet. One elevatore was broken which was kind of hectic but otherwise we had a good stay
