Beds were comfortable, food was great, service was excellent and walls were sound proof, no noise whatsoever. Hospital, ADO Bus and mall were just minutes walk away. Neighborhood was very safe

Was a safe place right across from Star Medica.
Last hour we didn't have running water. Also that the bathroom shower was half ways open I didn't like.

The hotel and the room was extremely dirty, to a point we didn't take our shoes off the whole time we were there because we didn't feel like walking on a grimy floor. The restroom was very dirty, rust everywhere. Communication was not easy with the staff. The beds were riddle with bedbugs --- we didn't sleep all night, including the kids --- we covered the beds with plastic sheets I bought from a store, and rested on that for a little. Next day we were out almost all day, only went to to collect our stuff, shower, change and leave for the airport 10 hours earlier! Horrible!

When we booked this hotel it was to include breakfast. After having breakfast and getting up to leave, they ran after us with a bill. Had breakfast not been included we would not have eaten at this hotel. In a city that has incredible food, their food is just mediocre at best.

All was well with room, but unfortunately the music from the restaurant/bar kept me up at night.
I’ve stayed here many times, this was the first time this occurred. I’m sure it was due to location of room which was directly above restaurant. Will never stay in that section again.

Very noisy AC unit in room 109, changing the speed with remote control did not work at all.

Located in the north, near malls, shops and other points of interest. Clean and calm neighborhood, friendly staff and affordable.
We didnt spend much time in the hotel but found it worth the price.
Their parking is shared with local shops but we never had an issue finding a spot. I would stay there again.

We travelled for medical purpose. We got 1 bottle of water for 3 guests. Towels looked drab.. 1 face towel for 3 people. Noisy.. Other than that,. it was the perfect location for medical.
