Pros: simple, remarkably clean rooms with kitchenettes. A pretty, peaceful pool with an umbrella table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs. Entry was secure, some rooms have a parking spot for car if needed, privacy to come and go as you please. Very close to the shaded running track at the Estadio Gral. Salvador Alvarado. Friendly manager and cleaning staff. Cons: a few drain flies and mosquitoes. One time I saw the rear door of the property open (I believe it was for trash collection). It looks like smoking is allowed outside. Rooms at the very front of the property may hear noise from the street. I would come back and stay here in a heartbeat. Especially for a poolside room. To me, this place is a great value. Very low key. Walmart or Soriana Hiper with everything you need are a 15-minute walk away.
