Shower barely dribbled out. Cockroach crawling in shower. Charged an extra $50.00 when checking in

I use this property when I have an early flight out of Mesa Gateway Airport. Each time I stay there, I wish I was staying for a longer period. The people are friendly and helpful, the property is lovely and the bed and pillows are the most comfortable I’ve found. Had to rise at 4 am, wanted to stay in bed all day.

Bar/Restaurant was very good. Bartender was very pleasant and it ended up being the best part of our day.

Friendly staff and shuttle was great only 2 problems on our stay.... the first night due to staffing issues there was no dining or bar service, Restuarant and lounge was closed so had to shuttle to nearby place. next morning there was a 10 min power outage that apparently happens occasionally luckily we were not in dark room (electric shades) or on elevator........
