We chose this hotel following the comments on this site… but it has been our worst experience in Mexico. I scrztched myself all night because of insects and couldn’t sleep one minute. On the morning, I had big, serial, red insect marks on my legs and feet.When I said that to the owner and cleaner they didn’t seem surprised, and didn’t apologize. I had to freeze my luggage and clothes when I came back because I was afraid to contaminate my home. There are plenty other options in Mexico City !

The hotel is in a good, safe location. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The room is a bit worn out, but nice. I recommend it.

I would highly recommend Distrito Condesa to all of my friends and famil. The B&B was so clean. The staff were so helpful, giving me tips and recommendations throughout the city. They helped me book a trip to Teotihuacan, which was fantastic. The bedroom was super clean and spacious. Hot water showers. Every morning there was a continental breakfast where you got to socialize and meet fellow travelers. The B&B is located in such a prime area. So many delicious restaurants, taquerias, and bars that are so close.

In spite of a bumpy start/finish to our flight arrangements, Distrito Condesa was more than helpful in accommodating our delays by changing our dates and helping us stay over a bit longer than check-out time. I found the place to be charming; located in a quiet lovely neighborhood that is close to parks, restaurants and stores. Our room was clean, came with twin beds for my daughter and I, great bath with hot shower and an awesome outdoor private deck which was a perfect place for my morning coffee. A continental breakfast of toast, pastries, juice, coffee & filtered water is available-check times. This is a great B&B! Just what you need when most of your time is spent out and about. Thank you Fernando for helping us out.

Distrito Condesa is a good choice for a budget B&B in CDMX. The neighborhood is lovely and very safe with many good restaurants within walking distance. Our room was small but met our needs. A continental breakfast of pastries, toast, fruit, juice and coffee or tea was provided daily. Fernando, the owner was very helpful.

Ero già stato qualche anno fa e mi ero trovato bene ora che sono ritornato mi sono trovato meglio, l’hotel ha una accoglienza presente per ogni dettaglio informazioni e altro, é posizionato in una zona strategica della Condesa, e da lì si può raggiungere facilmente tutti i luoghi turistici che si voglia visitare, sono presenti molti uber per spostarsi, la zona é piena di locali per mangiare e bere e anche di differenti cucine oltre alla famosa messicana, l’hotel l’ho sempre trovato molto pulito.
